Florida Room is a hidden lakeside oasis helmed by James Beard-nominated chefs Janine Booth & Jeff McInnis, where elevated scratch cooking meets the laid-back, soulful spirit of South Florida. Our kitchen crafts every dish from wholesome ingredients, entirely free of seed oils. The menu balances comfort and creativity with dishes like Double Buttermilk Crispy Fried Chicken, Barbequed & Brûléed Smokey Ribs, and our signature Short Rib “Meatloaf.” Lighter plates like the Watermelon + Feta Salad and Crunchy Calamari Caesar add a refreshing contrast, while favorites like Spatchcock Chicken Under A Brick bring bold flavor and indulgence.
