Trattoria Il Panino, Boston's first original trattoria. Is the kind of place that one would expect to find along the Amalfi Coast. From the casual and positive energy of the atmosphere and waitstaff, to the serious and professional energy of the kitchen, the front and back of the house form a desirable marriage.
“Trattoria Il Panino never disappoints! It’s my favorite Italian restaurant in Boston, and I’ve been coming here for over nine years. The food is consistently outstanding, and it’s one of those places I always look forward to visiting. My favorite dishes are the lasagna, the lobster ravioli, and the meatballs.”
“A perfect summer night in the North End 🍝✨ Make those reservations ahead of time! Their Spicy Alla Vodka is one of my favorites, and I love the fresh pasta displays. The open windows, warm breeze, and atmosphere make North End dining feel so special. ❤️”
“Raviol Porcini lived up to the hype. Outstanding food and service. Eduardo our server was excellent. Brian also ensured all other needs we had were taken care of. Love the Nebbiolo wine!”
“Amazing. Everything was so good. Lobster Fra Diablo, Penne al Pomodoro. Drinks, bread all very good Italian served up in frying pans. Tony was the best! Tony belongs in FL! But okay Boston can have him but everything was perfect! Except we never got our desserts, high sadness but we had to go to rest for the marathon.”
“Very tiny restaurant but the food was delicious. Truffle mushroom ravioli was the best. The caprese salad was lacking the big leaves of basil I’m used to and I had to ask for more balsamic glaze. Lasagna was big and pretty good. Seafood ravioli was great.”
