“I absolutely love the atmosphere here! The venue is gorgeous and super clean, and they put on great live music. The wine is phenomenal, and the staff is friendly. It’s just a great, laid-back spot to decompress, whether you want some quiet time alone or a fun night out with friends.”
“Beautiful wine bar with a view. You can sit anywhere from outside on the front yard, outside front porch, backyard, and inside. Theirs umbrellas over all the tables so you don’t bake in the sun. They don’t have food there, but they do have food trucks outside. The food they do have is just small charcuterie type snacks in the indoor fridge but they’re expensive. This is a very classy place to meet with friends and try different wine. All their wine is great, including their in house brand, Saddlerock Wine. I recommend making a reservation if you’d like specific seating.”
“I love the atmosphere. This was my first wine tasting experience and being at a wonderful place to do so. I would say if you want to experience an laid back environment, wonderful music and open area to talk to friends or your spouse or to just have a quiet intimate experience alone i recommend Saddlerock beer and wine co. The taco food truck that they have on site is absolutely worth the wait and food. I enjoyed the different versions of wine and the charcuterie board that was prepared for my wonderful wine tasting experience. Beer is on tap so very good selections at that and yes you can purchase bottles of wine there as well.”
“Saddlerock is easily one of my favorite places in Fort Worth. The space is charming and well maintained, and they regularly host live music and events that are extremely well done. The wine is excellent, and I’ve consistently had good service. A great place to relax and enjoy a fun atmosphere alone or with friends!”
“Went with my friend for her birthday and completely forgot to leave a review. It was raining this night so outdoor seating wasn’t an option, as soon as we walked in we realized there wasn’t much indoor seating available. We walked in behind a group of 3 girls, and since we had never been there we just followed them to the “bar”. There were two employees at the bar, a man with short hair and a woman with dark hair in a bun, BOTH employees literally ignored the fact that there were two groups of customers standing in front of them and they continued their conversation with eachother LOL. Red flag number one honestly.. when the group in front of us finally got the man’s attention, they asked “is there additional indoor seating upstairs?” And my friend and I were listening closely since we also noticed the lack of indoor seating available. The man literally looked at her like she had just asked the dumbest thing ever and he plainly said “I mean you can go check” RED FLAG #2. The girl looked at her friends and said let’s go check before buying anything (period girl cus he’s being rude as hell anyways!) so they go off to check upstairs. Now it’s our turn, the two employees are literally continuing their conversation they never greeted us, never greeted the group in front of us they just kept talking. Again, we had never been here so we didn’t know how everything worked blah blah so we’re just staring at the menu and at eachother awkwardly as the employees continue their very important non work conversation lol finallllly the guy walks off, still doesn’t say anything to us at all and we’re left staring at the dark haired girl who literally still hasn’t said one word to us and is just staring at us. I awkwardly decide to start talking, “umm we’ve never been here what would you recommend?” With a smile. She again continues staring then says “it’s up to you I can’t really tell you your preferences” I said “I know I don’t like dry wines..” she says “I don’t know it’s still up to you” at this point we honestly should have just walked out but my friend wanted to wine taste so bad for her birthday so I’m like.. we’re gonna stick this out. I asked about the flight that my friend had seen on Tik tok and since I knew she wasn’t gonna at least TELL us about any of the flavors or whatever, we literally just picked random names off of the menu. She serves them takes payment and walks off. I’m still so mad that I spent money here. Whatever, we go to check again for a spot because we saw a group of girls leave and there’s a ton of glasses on the bench style seating near a window but it was the only non reserved seating available. We sit there and the security guard came shortly to grab the empty glasses from the previous group. The wine was Meh but I’m a customer service girly and that made everything MEH for me lol like I would have just lefttttt if it hadn’t been her birthday. Oh and that group of girls that went to look for seating upstairs? We saw them come down and walk right out the door and I’m SO happy they did. They were so rude to both them and us!! Then as we’re sitting I start telling my friend about how rude they were and she felt the same way so we look at reviews (should’ve done this before) and I didn’t have to scroll far to see that the “dark haired girl” has been mentioned before!!! Crazy how this isn’t more seriously addressed, customers should be SPOKEN to, laughed with, I mean maybe just acknowledge them?? Maybe ask some questions and be fun???”
