“came here for happy hour drinks & dinner. we made a reservation beforehand but we weren’t asked when we arrived, taking the last available table. drinks came out quickly with food following shortly after. the gnocchi dish with the cheese fondue was incredible. the couple sitting next to us was playing games the restaurant had available.”

“Wonderful gluten free options and super good service! This is totally worth a detour from any ski area in Summit County. The meatballs with gluten free crackers were a standout, and the loaded potato skins made with melted cheese and prosciutto are also incredible. The cedar plank salmon was excellent, and the gelato was amazing. Total hidden gem!!”

“5/5 Stars – Absolute gem in the mountains! Saved by the Wine is hands-down one of the best wine experiences I've had in Colorado. Tucked in Dillon with killer mountain views from the patio, this place nails everything: an incredible selection of wines from around the world (love the on-tap options and the thoughtful flights), perfectly paired elevated comfort food that's clearly made from scratch, and cocktails that are creative without being fussy. We started with the wine & whiskey flights—both were generous pours and beautifully presented—then moved on to shareable plates that were flavorful and inventive. The staff is super knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about what they pour; they guided us to some hidden gems we never would have picked ourselves. The atmosphere is cozy yet upscale-relaxed, dogs are welcome on the patio, and knowing 2.5% of proceeds help save animals just makes sipping here feel even better. Whether you're a serious oenophile or just want a chill spot after a day on the slopes/lake, this place is a must-visit. We'll be back every time we're in Summit County! “What an awesome place! Allison is extremely friendly and fun to talk with! I got the cranberry chicken croissant with chips and it was delicious! They donate a portion of sales to help animals and I’ve never been more in love with a place! Can’t wait to come back when I can indulge in some wine!”

“The story of who and why this place was created we learned when we arrived. A portion of the proceeds goes to save animals hence the name “Saved by the Wine.” The staff was amazing, gracious, warm, and had character. My Wine Berry Pie (that I took a picture of when it looked like a sweet puppy) was so good. The crust was heavenly and the filling just the right amount of sweetness. Thank you Saved by the Wine.”
