“Wow, What an experience! This place is absolutely incredible and I’m not surprised that they’ve been holding onto their Michelin star for so long! The way that the chefs work together and move around was so seamless and they all carry themselves with such a great attitude and they explain each dish in such great detail! I tasted things that I could never have imagined putting together but the way they set everything up is so amazing and it makes me want to learn more about their process! “Came here for our anniversary dinner and had a grand time. We knew our experience would be a little different than a typical fine dining restaurant because I read some reviews. The music wasn’t crazy loud like people were making it seem and honestly, I really enjoyed the playlist. It was cool to be able to walk through the kitchen and see the kitchen at work. The food was really good and we left full. BYOB was nice and it was also nice getting bumped up to an earlier reservation day of. Definitely recommend visiting Schwa”
