“Business casual ambiance with bossa nova jazz , overlooking the golf course down by the Lenexa marketplace. I appreciate the true flavors without masking, such as the lavender and honey creme brule with a smokey , buttery custard with the hint of honey and lavender. The amazing flavors of the carrot cake with the carrot candy was pleasant . The flatbreads are exquisite and the Bison burger was outstanding on a freshly baked bun. Planning our next visit already.”

“Dining at Silo Modern Farmhouse was nothing short of spectacular. Every dish was packed with incredible flavor and clearly prepared with a lot of care and attention to detail. It felt like more than just a meal, each course flowed together and made the whole experience feel special. Be sure to save room for dessert because the pastry work is truly impressive. The chef turns it into an art form, both in presentation and taste. From start to finish, it felt like a full experience rather than just dining out, and it is absolutely a place worth coming back to.”

“My husband and I visited Silo for the first time this weekend. The restaurant is beautiful and I was a little bummed to be seated in a side conference type dining room rather than the beautiful main dining area, but they were quite busy. Our waitress was fantastic. Very detail oriented—the type of quiet, quick attention that I appreciate in wait staff. Now onto the food. I throughly enjoyed my food, which consisted of the octopus ceviche appetizer that was very well balanced in flavor and appearance was lovely, and the smoked beet salad with grilled salmon added. Everything was fresh, delicious and beautifully plated.”

“Throughly enjoyed my experience at Silo, from the view to the food. The three-course meal included the smoked cheese curds, prime rib sandwich, and the lemon cake. I would order all three items again. The bacon jam with the curds adds a great sweet note to the cheese. Horseradish White Cheddar on the sandwich and the Au jus topped it off. The cake was refreshing and fresh.”

“It was our first time here , and we had high hopes thinking that the food being farmed to table would blow us away. They have a buffet that you can add-on for $7.00 .However, it would have been nice to know that we could have just only ordered the buffet.But that wasn't given to us by our server. The entrees lacked any type of flavor the only thing good was the fried potatoes they were crispy well and well seasoned. I'm only giving the food a 3 because the saving grace was some of the items on the buffet.”
