“Sō Korean BBQ is an absolute banger! I had an amazing dining experience here. ​The food is top-tier, but what really made the difference was the service. The server was so attentive and grilled everything for us to absolute perfection, which made the meat taste even better. ​A hidden gem here is the cheese fondue—dipping the spicy baby octopus (jqumye) into the melted cheese was a total game-changer. The combination of spicy and cheesy was incredible. ​To top it all off, the complimentary Sikhye (Korean sweet rice drink) they serve at the very end was the ultimate "kick" to wash down all the richness. ​If you want amazing food, great service, and a truly authentic K-BBQ experience in NoVA, this is the spot. Will definitely be back!”

“John was an incredible server. Like TOO good. He would remember our orders perfectly, had great customer service, and would go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Food was a bit too salty, but the service made up for it. We got the $40/person AYCE and spicy cold noodles. We would come back here!”

“It’s been about 6 years since I was last here and the prices have definitely increased since then, but it’s still well-worth the price! The meats are cut fresh and are of high quality. The service is always great! Their sides are excellent as well. They also have a nice list, though a small one of sake. We thoroughly enjoyed this most recent visit for dinner! The spicy bulgogi was a hit, so was the spicy chicken. The spicy meats aren’t too spicy, they just have a nice kick to them. Definitely the best KBBQ joint I’ve visited.”
