Offered daily at 11:00am, 1:00pm or 3:00pm, this seated experience features a curated flight of our current-release wines, thoughtfully guided by one of our wine and hospitality specialists. Hosted in a communal setting designed to bring guests together, encouraging conversation, shared discovery, and a sense of connection over wine, our Estates experiences last approximately 45–60 minutes,The Estates Experience is $40 per guest, with $10 waived for each bottle purchased. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your reservation will incur a 50% fee. For parties larger than six, please contact us directly. We are happy to accommodate larger groups whenever possible.Private seating is available in limited quantities upon request. Please include children in your total party count so we may ensure appropriate table arrangements. Immerse yourself in the bounty of Mineral Springs Ranch —an engaging 90 - 120-minute culinary journey led by our hospitality and wine specialists. Offered Friday through Monday with seatings at 11:30AM or 2:30PM, this multi-course experience pairs five current release wines with seasonally inspired dishes, thoughtfully crafted from the diverse offerings and pasture-raised meats grown with care on our Demeter Certified Biodynamic farm. When we source beyond the ranch, it’s only from trusted, sustainable partners who share our commitment to land and flavor. Menus evolve seasonally (often weekly) to showcase the freshest ingredients and the creative talents of our culinary team. Expect a range of flavors, textures, and preparations that honor the rhythms of the farm and the excellence of our estate wines. We find the portions generous, so come hungry! Our farm does not simply grow produce and raise animals—we steward a living ecosystem that prioritizes soil health, biodiversity, and humane animal care. Everything we serve is an expression of that dedication. Bookings are reserved for guests 21+ and over; Parties may be combined. $175 per person; $125 for Club Members (pricing dependent on Membership level). Experience Mineral Springs Ranch beyond the Tasting Room! Enjoy a guided walk through the vineyard where you will learn our story from the roots up and enjoy wine along the route that will enhance your sense of place. Upon your return to the Tasting Room, relax on our patio and savor a light lunch crafted by our Culinary Team and a glass of wine.This experience will be available on most Sundays between June 7th and August 30th, weather dependent.Payment is due in full to finalize booking. This experience is $80 per guest or $60 for club members. Member pricing is for up to 4 or 6 guests, dependent on Wine Club Membership; gratuity not included. As the tasting of wine is essential to the enjoyment of this experience, bookings are reserved for guests ages 21 and over.Please note, this experience may be combined with other parties, maximum total group size is 12.

Some Sundays are for wandering. As a founding member and participating winery of Method Oregon, we are pleased to be a part of the annual Grand Tasting Weekend this July. Walk the vines with Ambar Estate owner, Rob Townsend, and Soter Vineyards owner and winegrower, Tony Soter. Learn the rhythms of biodynamic farming and settle in for bubbles and seasonal bites along the way. End the morning at a full spread, thoughtfully curated by Soter Vineyards Head Chef Clayton Allen, where the land and the table finally meet.Tickets for this experience are $125; $100 for Ambar Circle and Soter members.Soter Members must be logged in to TOCK to receive your membership savings!Ambar Circle Members, please reach out to either the Soter or Ambar team for your membership code to receive savings.

Celebrate the seasons with an intimate evening designed for connection, conversation, and exceptional wine. This exclusive seated dinner brings together just 22 guests for a thoughtfully curated experience, where seasonal flavors and beautifully crafted wines take center stage. Gather with fellow wine lovers to celebrate the moments that matter most, all in a setting that invites you to slow down and savor.Dinners will be held: February 14th, April 11th, July 10th, and December 5th. Please contact our hospitality team for reservations beyond 90 days.Dietary requests can be accommodated with advance notice.Tickets are fully refundable up to 7 days prior to the event; after this period, they are non-refundable. A $50 credit is included in your ticket price and can be applied toward wine, merchandise, or experiences on the evening of the dinner.
