“We had such a great experience at Slough House Kitchen yesterday! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed meal. The food was absolutely delicious — everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived. “Food is fresh and flavorful. Your taste buds will confirm that fresh-from-the-farm satisfaction, feeling full and festive with a talented bartender! Be patient with the service, it's worth the wait. We have ordered the bread and butter (a light garlic spread), yes!; the app gnocchi, yes; the chicken risotto, yes; the beef stroganoff, yes; and the catch of the day, yes!!!! Desert - crème brûlée and the chocolate cake were both delicious. Note: Coke is served from the sugar-based glass bottle! We look forward to returning very soon (worth the 30min drive)!!!”

“The Slough House Kitchen is an absolute gem!! The atmosphere is beautiful, calm, and welcoming, perfectly matched with its great location. The food is outstanding and you can truly taste the care put into every dish. Everything is made from scratch using organic, garden-fresh vegetables and high-quality ingredients, which makes such a difference. Top italian/pizza place in Sacramento, only 14 min from Rancho Cordova. The chef is incredibly professional and brings authentic Italian roots into the kitchen in the best way. On top of that, the owners are genuinely kind and super friendly, making you feel at home the moment you walk in. Amazing food, amazing people, and one of the best atmospheres around, we tried their soup of the day had veggies and meatballs, they brought us complimentary whole wheat organic sourdough made in house with some tummy sauce, see pictures for more.
