The Dock at Seven Bridges

“I stopped in for a carryout order last Thursday evening before a hair appointment, expecting a great meal. What I received was so much more. (mind you we've dined in before) I've been looking forward to their sliders since last October, so this was a long-awaited treat. The parking lot was packed, but despite how busy they were, I was greeted immediately and treated like a valued guest from the moment I arrived. One of the gentlemen helping me walked me back to retrieve my order, chatted with me about how much I loved the sliders, made sure I had everything I needed to eat on the go and walked me out. It was such a simple gesture, but one that meant more than they could possibly know. The food was fantastic as always, but the hospitality was what truly stood out. In a world where kindness sometimes feels rare, they reminded me that it still exists. Thank you to everyone who made that evening special. We will absolutely be back, and I can't wait to enjoy the patio this summer.”

“Gave them 2 chances……we live about 2 minutes from here and were super excited to find a new place we could ride our bikes to. We first visited opening weekend and our service was terrible. Our food came out sooooo slow and cold. On top of that they brought out our appetizer (nachos). With our meal. The nachos were stone cold and the cheese was coagulated. Gross. They remade it and the manager who brought it back after we where done with our main course explained it us that when you put cold topping on warm food it makes the whole dish cold. Like this is the first time we haven ever eaten nachos. Total jerk move. We brushed it off to open weekend issues and came back a couple weeks later. Bad experience again. They never brought out our appetizers this time. We waited over an hour for our food and our waitress never came back to our table and I mean never! No refills of our drinks no extra napkins nothing. They didn’t even have ketchup for the fries which we eventually asked a table next to us if we could borrow theirs. I had to go to the bar to pay. Unfortunately we will never go back and have had to tell our neighbors to avoid it at all costs. We love outside seating and the great views but to pay over 100$ for that level of food and service we will take our business elsewhere”
