“We had a relaxing afternoon in shade in the breezy back porch with a view of the beehives way in the distance. One of the best craft beverage spots in the area. Very unique and beautifully decorated. Wide range of mead choices and we loved the fizzy mead on tap, Berry session. It was similar to wine but more fruity. The co-owner was very accommodating because we were all vegans, and we sat outside with our own food (promising to offer some vegan options in future menus). We were treated with music by the talented Matt Johnson who appeared on The Voice. A lovely day and I’ll be back to try lunch in the tavern which is reminiscent of the colonial period. Also on site is a cut your own flower farm that is quite impressive. Do not miss this charming spot! Went back a second time to have lunch and delicious. Quiche light and airy, Strawberry Rhubarb crumble pie outstanding.”

They have only been open 5 weeks, but they have created a wonderful atmosphere and a very welcoming environment. The wine tasting was very interesting, and they really do have an excellent collection started. I look forward to returning.”
“Had a wonderful time here with my wife! The staff was professional and attentive. The owner is cool and told us stories about the honey and mead. The mead was delicious and there are several unique and international honeys to taste. The tasting room has great style and designed with several cozy nooks giving hobbit hole vibes. There’s a beautiful flower farm you can take pictures near too. HIGHLY recommend a stop!!!”
“"One of the best and most unique experiences I've had in a long time" This is what I heard from my family after we visited and they're still talking about it days later. The tavern is like walking into your cool Aunt's cabin in the woods. It's cozy and inviting and there are lots of unique spots to sit. If the weather is nice there's a porch with a fantastic view where you can see their bee hives in the distance. We got the mead flight, the honey flight, and a couple bites to eat. Every item on the meat and cheese plate was well thought out and delicious. The mead was varied and interesting as well. We most enjoyed the honey sampler - the menu walks your through where the honey is made and what the bees eat to make it. They were each so different and unique. Finally, we enjoyed the cut your own flowers garden. It felt like walking through a fantasy land because the flowers were all perfect and as big as my head! It may have been our favorite part of the day.”
