“Andrea was truly outstanding during my visit to Truth Be Told. She was holding everything down on her own with grace and efficiency, creating a calm, welcoming energy that made the entire experience feel seamless. Despite managing the space solo, she was attentive, warm, and made every guest feel genuinely cared for. As a first-time visitor and someone new to the neighborhood, I felt so happy to have discovered this place. The ambiance is beautiful and inviting, and it feels like such a wonderful addition to the community. The dessert was absolutely delicious and the perfect finishing touch.”
“I’m always on the hunt for a new breakfast spot, and finding a good local place nearby is even better. I had heard about this spot before but finally got around to trying it with my family, and we really enjoyed it. The place itself is cute and welcoming, and we had the best waitress who made the experience even better. There was also plenty of street parking, which is always a plus. Overall, it was a good solid breakfast and a great local find. I will definitely be back.”
“Small place. The food was very good. The hummus app especially also. Everyone was happy. Small portion of the shepherds pie. We had a reservation and were not seated until almost 30 min after. Everyone was apologizing. We were with old friends and I did not care. They did though.”
“Limited menu but okay food. Really liked the vibe of the place and how cozy it felt inside. French toast was decently good and I liked the berry compote. Personally didn’t like the fresh market fruit due to it having an onion aftertaste and some of the fruit not being the freshest. Coffee was okay but I did have to add quite a bit of sugar to mine to get rid of the bitter taste. We did have a wait at the door even though there was no line (there was no greeter at the door and were questioning if we had to go further into the place to find someone who worked there). The wait was a bit of a bummer and it seemed like they were somewhat short staffed and behind on getting orders.”
“Truth be told... this place needs some work. The food needs work. The taste profile is not it. The workers could use some customer service experience. Especially the girl manager. They don't care about customer experience. I don't recommend.... Not coming back. 1st and last time here. I never even got a water refill. The service is very very very very slow. Cesar was my server.”
