“Love this wine bar for a date! They have a cool speakeasy cave, and they also have a patio area and seating in the main entry. The cave is real but due to city regulations they had to sort of cover it but it’s still a very nice atmosphere! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. We went to Lou’s across the street to eat after and it was perfect night!”
“Wanderlust Wine Co. on Barton Springs is such a gem. The downstairs cave space is one of the coolest event venues I’ve experienced; super cozy, intimate, and totally unique. I’ve attended a couple of private events there and it always feels special. Upstairs has a completely different vibe—bright, cute, and perfect for a relaxed happy hour with friends. The service has always been consistently great, which makes the whole experience even better. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Austin.”
“Cave Bar is such a great hidden spot. It’s so unique and actually in a cave! Cozy, intimate, and relaxed, it feels like a place you can actually settle in and enjoy yourself without any rush. Perfect for a chill date night or catching up with a friend. The wine selection is thoughtful and interesting without feeling overwhelming. Huge shoutout to Andres, who took such great care of us. He is incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and made the experience feel welcoming and personal. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, which makes the whole visit even better. Just an all around lovely place with great vibes, great wine, and standout service. Definitely one of those spots you want to come back to again and again.”
“Enjoyed an wonderful wine tasting paired with a delicious charcuterie board from Antonelli's. The tasting menu was long and had a lot of variety, with several types of wine I had never tried before. Service was fantastic. Would recommend for a date night!”
