“Nice spot in downtown Decatur! The special was Red Fish and it was very good. It came paired with a nice sauce. The Cesar salad was next level. I also recommend the Brussels sprouts! The Gouda grits were ok as well. You definitely need to check this place out if you’re in the Decatur area.”

“Everyrhing was perfect. Wife and I brought our two kids, staying over from out of town and randomly popped in for dinner. Skewered shrimp with Brussel sprouts and potatoes, pizza, kids chicken tenders and fries, beignets, and the service - all fantastic. Food and cocktails were delicious. Very cool place.”

“This place is lovely. Craft cocktails, fresh ingredients, wonderful atmosphere all in little Decatur Alabama! We enjoyed our sirloin steak and duck special with brocolini, roasted Brussels sprouts Asian slaw and garlic mash in an eclectic, industrial mood lit open air restaurant/ bar. So glad we stopped! Our server Tucker was so enjoyable! Tunes included Pearl Jam, Britney and Backstreet Boys.”

The restaurant itself is warm and inviting, and the layout is fantastic with a market in the front, the restaurant in the middle, and a great bar setup in the back. The patio is super comfortable and makes the whole place feel even more welcoming. It is also located on Bank Street in downtown Decatur, an area full of neat history that we have heard so many great things about. The staff and their hospitality were exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly and made the entire experience feel special from the moment we walked in. The event itself was done so well. The Young Professionals team did an amazing job putting everything together, and the entertainment was absolutely perfect. We cannot wait to come back for lunch or dinner. 609 Social Market and Provisions is a gem in downtown Decatur and absolutely worth the visit!”

“This was our first visit and it won’t be our last! Nice environment and excellent service. I had the White Pizza. The crust was thick, loaded with cheese and cooked perfectly. Huge portion with enough to take home. My wife had the Sammy and it was excellent. We shared an order of the honey glazed Brussel sprouts.”
