“So … you want to go wine tasting. Or maybe day drinking. So many choices in the Healdsburg area. But allow me to guide you as a local with 30+ years of tasting experience. You cannot do better than heading to Bacchus Landing and, in particular, Aldina Winery. Monica and her brother Francisco run the place. Mom and dad, Al and Dina (hence the name) are the founders. Everything about Bacchus Landing is top shelf. The entire facility is magnificent and there are a bunch of tasting room around the central plaza to visit. No need to get in your car and drive somewhere else after your first winery tasting. This is a collection of excellent wineries and you can have your own crawl around the plaza if you’re in the mood to roam. But you may never leave Aldina. The wine they pour is excellent. Even if you are a hardcore red wine fan, try the white and rosé. Both are excellent and only a Philistine says, I only drink red. The red wines are phenomenal. Monica and Francisco are charming hosts and hanging out in their tasting room makes the time go by as though you were caught up in a time warp. Here is fair warning; you are likely to join the wine club and leave with wine. It is so good that you will be dying to share it with friends and brag about discovering Aldina.”

“My friend and I stopped at Bacchus Wine collective, which hosts several boutique wineries in a wonderful all-in-one experience. Our first stop was at Aldina winery. Our host, Monica, was knowledgeable and delightful. The vertical flight offered 4 different Cabernets....all excellent. I can't recommend Aldina enough....we will be back! I was in could give them 10 stars!”

“Wow! Everything about this winery and our visit was amazing. From the amazing atmosphere to the beautiful and friendly staff. Everything about our visit was incredible. We arrived without knowledge of any of the wineries that share this location and decided on Aldina from the esthetic and vibes alone. Our decision was clearly a winner. We went in for a taste and ended up spending almost 3 hours chatting with the owners and staff. Monica was a sweetheart and very accommodating to our group. We loved all the selections but decided on the Cab. A truly delicious wine made with grapes from their family farm. “Went for a tasting in early July 2023. Tried 2015; 2016; 2017; 2018; 2019. Cabernet Sauvignon. We were served by a young man named Ryland who was well versed in their wines, he provided my wife and I with excellent service. He has a granular knowledge of the winemaking process. He explained the process in easy to understand language. We went with a 2017 Cabernet. Overall I recommend Aldina wines”

“Enjoyed seeing the new space for Aldina with a communal tasting room. Nice to see that the space also has great outdoor seating, a wine related store, and an event space. It was also great to see Francisco and Monica who now run the winery named for their parents. Beautiful tasting room and we enjoyed sitting at the bar. Tasted some great wine especially their Cabernet Sauvignons and also learned about Journeyman Meat Co. run by a Seghesio family member. Will definitely be back and will bring more Aldina fans next time.”
