“Absolutely incredible. Took my girlfriend here for our anniversary and we got a couple of cocktails to start that were perfectly balanced and very nice to look at. The amuse bouche was a shot of Japanese broth that was absolutely delightful; this was the first time my taste buds exploded along with my mind. We got the elk tartare for a starter, and the amount of different flavors and textures I experienced was unlike anything I had tasted. From there, I knew it would be a good experience. The asparagus bisque came next, which I can only describe as a flsvor combination of the best parts of asparagus as a soup. We followed that up with our entrees: the pork loin and the lamb neck. Absolutely perfect on all fronts. It was so good I was in hysteria. The passionfruit dish for dessert was also fantastic and flavorful. The server, Justin, was a delight as well. Played along with our euphoric oddities and recommended some great drink pairings for me. Best food in town. Not even a contest. Might be the best food I've ever had. I will talk about this food for years, and will hopefully be back soon.”

“What an amazing experience. Went here for the first time for a bday celebration. Myself and my group all did the chefs menu with the wine pairing. The attention to detail and atmosphere was phenomenal. Each course was beautiful and delicious. Would definitely come here again.”

“Ohh, she fancy! This romantic restaurant is thoughtful, family run, and such a gem in Bend. We sat at the bar and enjoyed interacting with the bartenders and watching them make all the incredible cocktails. We savored every bite and would absolutely return on our next visit. Make your reservation in advance! The maitake mushroom appetizer was the best mushroom dish we've ever had. I'll be dreaming about it for some time!”

“I been to France once.. and it was at Ariana in bend Oregon.. From start to finish this meal was fantastic. I’m not a huge fine dining person but we got the chefs choice (6 course, smedium portions). Def not too much food or way too small of portions that you might fear from fine dining. The meal was great. Nothing too abstract. The people are great. Not pretentious at all. Friendly central Oregon vibes but with elevated plates. Try it out for a special occasion. We will be back.”

“1st time at this amazing restaurant and it was delicious! We were dining out with some friends, celebrating a milestone at work. Our server was great. He answered our questions with detail and gave great recommendations. Appetizers were yummy! Dungeness crab, elk tartar, beet salad, & oysters. All were amazing! 💯 Drinks were great. Started with a fine bottle of wine from Italy, then moved on to some cocktails. Rumba was excellent 👌 Our entrées consisted of Scallops, NY steak, Lamb neck, and Pork loin. The flavors were incredible! Every plate was presented well, came out together, and blew our minds 🤯 We would love to come back and try a chefs special. Great night out. Thank you!”
