“phenomenal- I spent my 27th brithday here by myself and it was so great. Both od the gin and tonic drinks I had (the Catalan and the Valencian) were so good and refreshing, and very light - I had the acorn squash a la plancha, and oh my god I don't remember the last time I had acorn squash and I think I will be chasing that recipe/ trying to make acorn squash that well forever! I didn't know I loved acorn squash that much! - I then had the Pella Salvaje and oh my god- every cut of meat was delicious, tender and flavorful and unique in their own flavor profiles, but went together so well together - sorry this was so long! but 10/10 birthday dinner!”
