“I am absolutely obsessed with this place! I started coming here when my partner brought me for the first time on our date night. Then again for my bday and I’ve not stopped visiting. The food, amazing. The staff, superb. The atmosphere, great vibes. Truly love the rustic look. My partner had the pleasure of visiting last night and had the most amazing time. The food and drinks are always top notch, and I don’t think I’ll ever get enough of this place. Special thanks to Jed for making our night a memorable one!”
“Great experience at Barcelona Wine Bar. The seafood paella was flavorful and packed with fresh seafood, and the garlic shrimp and patatas bravas were really good too. Service was friendly and quick. Overall, a great spot for tapas and good vibes, would come back!”
“Half off bottles on a Monday night - nice list, competitively priced. This establishment has energy. Cuisine was inspired, quality, and affordable. Corinne was ultra nice/vibey at the door and checked in on us throughout the experience. Josh, I trusted him right away - and I’m happy I did. Great suggestions, service and warmth. “Josh has love and care in his heart,” became a running bit for my fiancé and I. We’re visiting Raleigh and this dinner got the trip going in a big way! (Thanks for everything”
“We were able to secure a same day reservation. I was seated early. The dining room was a bit tight and people kept squeezing by my table near my food. I didn't love that. But the servers were amazing and the food was phenomenal. Warning that the paella takes 45 minutes to cook so order it right away. We also enjoyed the sangria and cocktails. Ethan was awesome. He secured a slice of cheesecake for me that wasn't on the menu.”
“Wonderful atmosphere, great service but somewhat hit or miss on the food. Bread and brasaola were outstanding, the pulpo was very tender but rather salty and lacking flavor and drowning in potatoes. They would have been off grilling it. Mussels were good but flavor profile and broth was very mild and somewhat watery IMO.it needed some fat like chorizo or some spices. Asparagas was tasty but old and sinewy, had to spit out sections which is not very pretty to do while dining. Croquettes were very tasty and perfectly cooked as we're potatas bravas. Wine selection was outstanding as was the service.”
