“My friend and I visited your winery last Thursday and had a wonderful experience. Today we went there with 2 other friends and the service was not good at all. It was like we were not there. If you are going to charge $50.00 for a bottle of wine you need to be more attentive to your customers. Maybe just check in on your customers. We had to go to the bar and order food and we also had to ask for water. I live in the villages and want your business to be a success.”
