“Charming French restaurant. We tried the duck leg confit based on reviews and they were spot on. The server helpfully pointed out that it comes with a small salad, so we skipped our salad order. We also tried the pork chop. Someone, a chef(?), came to check up on us twice on what we thought of it. We were happy to tell him that it was excellent. The smoky aroma and capers really helped it stand out. The mashed potatoes also paired nicely with it. This was a wonderful meal.”

“We visited Bistronomic for lunch today and left with a genuinely positive impression — especially when it comes to hospitality. Darko, our server, was exceptional. He struck that perfect balance of professionalism and warmth, and he connected effortlessly with our two-year-old son. Dining out with a toddler can sometimes feel stressful, but Darko’s attentiveness and natural kindness helped keep our little one calm and engaged throughout the meal. That level of service does not go unnoticed. The cuisine was well-executed and thoughtfully presented. That said, we came in expecting a more traditional French lunch experience and later realized the menu leans toward a refined brunch concept. That was more our oversight than anything else. The dishes reflect creativity and modern interpretation rather than strictly classic French fare. Overall, Bistronomic delivers on service and atmosphere, and the menu offers a fresh, imaginative take on French-inspired cuisine. For attentive hospitality and a creative midday dining experience, we would certainly recommend it.”

“Came here for restaurant week and the experience was top notch. This was my first time having French cuisine and Bistronomic's essence is well-paired and made with love. I went for the lunch $30 meal, and got -the carrot soup 8/10 which had a mousse-like consistency with cheesy croutons and light flavors -salmon and lentils 10/10 the salmon was cooked to perfection and the skin was super crispy which I loved - berry cake for dessert 8/10, consistency was just right and the flavors quite literally melted on my tongue -espresso at the end 7/10 just because I did not expect it to be that strong Service was attentive, speedy, and warm. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone in the area.”
