“Wonderful upscale jazz club. Every seat/table in the bar and restaurant has an excellent view of the stage and performance area. Kitchen absolutely crushes it. Bar and wait staff are outstanding.”

“Atmosphere- The vibe is hip and jazzy. A mixture of mainly UM profs and students and People who like jazz and fine dining. The dress code is comfortable, casual yet tidy. Interior - kind of shaped like a piano with tables and bench seating. All facing the stage. Not a bad seat in the house. 10/10 Venue AND Service The Food 3 course meal Choice of: Sea Bass or Beef Tenderloin Pumpkin Soup or Shrimp dish Bannas Foster or Chocolate Cheesecake. We both opted for the following: 1. Pumpkin soup. It was full flavored, savory cream, buttery. Very Tasty, Fabulous 10/10 2. Beef tenderloin 10/10, It lived up to its name, very tender, good portion, a dab of steak sauce on the plate and a tastefully garnished pour of beet cream..I don't like beats, but pairing this with the steak.. was fabulous, almost had a wine flavor. Side mixture of potatoes, mushroom and zucchini, thinly sliced. Bananas foster...Any BF ive had was flaming, this was not, it was more like some strips of lattice dough, apple pie flavor with small grapes and banana ice cream, it was tasty 9/10, but I would opt for cheescake next time. Drinks: TONS of choices, even non alcoholic drinks. All very expensive but tasty. Entertainment: Jazz, 3 piece ensemble, FABULOUS!! Horns: Trumpet, Bass Sax and Percussionist were are top tier, WELL worth listening too..very in depth, emotional and excellent eclectic jazz Kahil El'Zabar's Ethnic Heritage Ensemble It makes me want to go see other artist here too, top notch! I would give this Venue a 10/10..we really did have”

“I love this jazz club! Been here a couple of times the music is amazing, the vibe is lively, and it’s perfect for a date night. The food isn’t the best, but it’s okay. Definitely a great spot to enjoy live jazz and have a fun night out.”

“Excellent. Excellent. Excellent! I have wanted to go here for years and finally got the chance last night. It did not disappoint! The atmosphere was relaxing, yet energetic, in a jazz club kind of way. The food was amazing (I think we ordered every appetizer plus our entrees. It was all great!). Julia, who looked out for us at our table was attentive, welcoming, accommodating, and gracious. And the band, Marcus Elliot and the Quintet, set it off!!! The entire experience was excellent (did I say that already?), and it was just what we needed and hoped for. We left saying we'd come back consistently now. Look for updated reviews in the future.”

“My daughter brought me here for my birthday. What an incredible time we had!!! The service was top-notch. The atmosphere is enchanting. It is romantic for a date but also appropriate for a girls' night or even a business meeting. It can be whatever you need it to be. The food... We had 3 small plates, 3 large plates, drinks, and desserts. I was not stuffed when I concluded our night. Everything was light and tasty. Perfect place for a night on town or any celebration!”
