Browne Family Vineyards - Bellevue Tasting Room

“My girlfriend and I went to Brown Family Vineyards for the first time recently (even though lived nearby for a bit), and we’re so glad we finally made it in. On our first visit, we were helped by Josh. It was a slower afternoon, so we got to chat and really enjoy the experience. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and made everything feel relaxed and fun. We tried a wide variety of wines and even sampled some of their whiskeys…and we loved them so much that we bought several bottles to take home as well as a fun vanilla whiskey. If I’m being honest they didn’t last long haha We enjoyed the experience so much that we signed up for the wine club (and didn’t regret it the next day 😉) A couple of weeks later, we came back and were helped by primarily Brandon. Someone named Evie (sp?) was also there and I believe.. Seth? Who was off the clock but also brought amazing energy. Everyone was so genuinely nice and just honest and thoughtful about the wines and happy to share a bit about the vineyard’s background and philosophy around generosity and hospitality which I also loved learning about. Overall, this has quickly become one of our favorite spots. Great wine, fun whiskey, and genuinely kind people who make you want to come back. TL;DR: Bought multiple bottles (they disappeared fast), joined the wine club, fell in love with a special vanilla whiskey, and had nothing but great experiences with the staff. Highly recommend!”

“Came across Browne’s tasting room while visiting Old Bellevue…what a delight! We arrived around 3pm on a Thursday, and easily found a seat at the bar. We already had dinner plans so we did not partake of any food, but definitely will on our next visit. The wines and spirits were exceptional! Our wine/bar tender was incredibly attentive, and allowed us to sample additional wines and spirits. Excellent! We left knowing,inch more about Browne, and purchased four bottles to take home. Such a lovely place with wonderful care. We can’t wait to return for another visit!”

“Wonderful experience at this tasting room. I had the Bellevue Flight (pic attached) and a few other wines and snacks. The menu showcases wines and spirits by the Browne Family and the wines especially show off what Washington has to offer the wine world. My server was very patient and helpful. Highly recommended.”

“We enjoyed this tasting room. It is very welcoming and the service was excellent. We ordered the red wine flight and were offered a few more tastes when we didn't find one we really had to take home. We did find a great one after the extra tastes that did have to come home. We ordered the brie and jam with baguette which was far more baguette and jam than brie but it was a nice combination. We also ordered the steak skewers which comes with 3 sauces on the side. My one skewer was fatty and not warm at all but my husband ate the other 3 and seemed ok.”

“This was a good spot for a light lunch with a glass of red wine. The interior was comfortable. Very welcoming atmosphere to a solo visitor - they even gave me a window table♡ The recommendation was successful. At the end of the lunch I subscribed their wine membership. So satisfied with all their selections so far.”
