“We stayed in the treehouses. It's magical. Go experience it. It's a really lovely place. The hotel itself is great tona of beautiful views, tons of stuff to do. Hike, golf, disc golf, swim, spa, with kids or without, just a lovely easy stay.”
“Absolutely beautiful property. We came here for a family outing and it was just a great experience. Property is kept up very well and clean inside and out. Rooms are great and spacious. Restaurants were very good with great service. They responded to every request and are very nice about it. If they can accommodate you for any request they will. We inquired about a firepit at the front desk. The one that was open was packed full for hours. We were trying to wait our turn but no luck. And they led us to another firepit that was off, but they had no problems turning one on just for us. Just a great gesture on their part. Just shows how far they will go for the guests staying here. Overall great experience with even better views. Can't wait to come back again”
“Embarking on my first visit, I was met with an absolutely excellent experience from start to finish. The location offered gorgeous views that were truly breathtaking and provided a stunning backdrop to the day. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food and drinks, each bite and sip a delightful treat. It's a place I'd highly recommend for anyone seeking a memorable outing with fantastic scenery and culinary delights. My overall impression? A resounding 10/10 for this wonderful destination.”
“It is a very nice facility. Huge potential. The rustic look and the stonework fits well in the common areas. However, the facilities carpet smells and the stairways to get to and from the lobby need some freshening up. The finishes are looking dated. Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. The restaurants and bar and outdoor areas are excellent. The outdoor hot tub needs work. The concrete joints all need to be repacked and the jets should definitely be replaced. The staff are amazing, the service is exemplary but you guys really need to invest some money into a renovation and bring the finishes up to date. The fitness center will work for 90% of people. Its a bit small and needs less cardio equipment and heavier dumbbells (not just a gym bro bashing on cardio, it just genuinely doesn't have heavy enough DB's) . A squat rack wouldn't hurt either. Not sure if its routine to have rooms inspected but it is horrible when your bathroom fan is broken in your room and doesn't work.”
“Not quite as relaxing as I thought it would be. The walls are very thin, we could hear our neighbors quit well. The people were great and friendly. The restaurant had great service but the food wasn't anything special. My husband's risotto was undercooked with no flavor. The scallops were way over priced as you only got 3. The prime rib came cold along with the potatoes. We weren't aware that reservations needed to be made and waited over 40 minutes for a table. No bottled water in the room. The bathroom fan didn't work at all, but it was clean. So I appreciate that. Only other thing I'd have to say I didn't like was paying nightly for parking. Ridiculous considering your guests are already paying a high price to stay over night, hitting them with paid parking on top is just bad business.”
