Our expansive vineyard views, a dramatic mountain backdrop, lush gardens and the elegant 1920s chateau invite you to get comfortable and stay awhile. Founded in 1973, Chateau St. Jean was conceived as a true fine wine estate in the European style, where wines were made from single vineyards to fully capture the terroir of each site. The wines received immediate critical acclaim, and Chateau St. Jean was recognized as a leader in single vineyard designated wines. Walk-ins graciously accepted. Families and friendly dogs welcome.

“I had such a lovely experience that I knew I had to write a review. First off, if you have the pleasure of getting Jenny as your lead/sommelier be ready to remember her forever. Her energy is contagious and lightened up my partner and I’s day (on Valentines day!). The wine tasting included a great selection consisting of 2 white and 2 reds. I could not resist not going home with the Sauv Blanc and their Syrah. The place is even more beautiful in person. We will definitely be back and hope Jenny is around when we do!”
