Chicken N Pickle - Grand Prairie

“We had a great time at Chicken N Pickle on Memorial Day for a catered event Krissy was a great event planner. Amy and Alonzo and the restaurant manager (I didn't get his name) were great with helping with all the logistics on site. We had awesome servers Cydnee (I think that is how she spells it ) and Jade kept everything going both outside and inside. Everyone was very hospitable with moving our outside party inside before the torrential rain hit Alonzo, the restaurant manager, Brooklyn, Cydnee and Jade. We still got soaked with getting people from the indoor pickleball courts to the restaurant. The staff was wonderful with me making it a time to remember. We have great memories with playing pickleball and the great tasting food. We went back on the following Sunday and enjoyed pickleball at an outdoor cover court and Brunch and Brooklyn made use wonderful mimosas and gave us recommendations about the brunch. The food was awesome. We enjoyed Chicken N Pickle again the start of many more times to come for making more wonderful memories. All the staff is helpful and nice.”

“Atmosphere is festive and fun. Great for family time and team building. Food was okay, i stayed safe and had chicken waffles, waffle was good. It was hot, fresh and sweet. Chicken was done but no seasoning. Nice place to hang and have a drink at the bar i guess. The Sprite from the fountain was carbonated water. Hopefully IF I return it will better.”

“The food was delicious and tasted incredibly fresh, and the serving portions were generous. We also received a few recommendations from the staff that worked really well for our taste, which was a nice touch. It did take a little longer than expected for the food to arrive, but once it came out, it was absolutely worth the wait. I’d definitely go back.”

“First time in Texas, and we went to just play pickleball. For 4 people it was $60+, you have to rent paddles, balls, the court, and pay per person. Slightly expensive for us, but the experience was great. They had TVs outside, so we could watch the football game while playing. 3 stars for service because there was confusion when booking. We weren’t given a court number to play at, but were told we were at the wrong court. So that was annoying, since we payed for an hour and that took away some of our time.”
