“Indoor court. Awesome. Love the bars and the attentive staff. My daughter and i had buffet. Wow, impressive. All was good but my daughter sharee the breading on fried chicken was bland. Could just be harder in mass. Easy to get served and tabbed out. Impressive”

“My family and I have visited other locations in the DFW area. We are so glad there is one closer to home. Food was great, service was fantastic and the only “complaint was the small tables. With a family of 4 getting all the food and drinks comfortably on the tables was challenging on the outside area. Otherwise, highly recommend and will be back.”

“If you are there the first time, just know that you order at the counter in the far right corner of the building. It’s a very nice place to hangout and play pickle ball. The food had the right seasoning but the texture wasn’t there. The chicken was super dry and ribs were ok. The broccolini was super salty and over charred. As I said, the seasoning was good but the execution/QA needs improvement. The service was mixed. Half of the staff were super friendly and welcoming and the other half wouldn’t even acknowledge you.”

“The first time I visited I had a good experience. Two young ladies greeted us and took our order promptly. The food was served fresh and hot, my margarita was made perfectly and was very tasty. The servers and other staff members checked on us periodically and we enjoyed ourselves. However, my second experience there was Not up to par. I brought my mother and others so they could check out the establishment and have the same experience I had initially. Unfortunately, this visit we received poor service, barely warm food, it took over 30 minutes before we were greeted and had our orders taken. Our server was young and had not been trained properly. Once things got confusing for them they went inside the establishment and we didn't see them again for the remaining time we were there. No one checked on us for 20+ minutes during our time there. We received the wrong drinks and when we asked for the correct drinks (frozen margaritas) they came out messy and sloppy, looking nothing like they usually look! One of the managers came over and seemed irritated that we refused drinking the poorly prepared melting drinks. It frustrated my mother and son so much they vowed to never return. :( It sucks because I really wanted them to enjoy themselves like I had during my first visit so we could make visiting the restaurant a regular occurrence. “I just moved into the apartments behind Chicken N Pickle and figured I'd try them out for dinner. I will NEVER go there again. A waste of $25!! I order the lime rice that had zero taste, the devil eggs that had no seasoning, and the worst part was the half of chicken they advertised that was not a half chicken at all!!! It was a lil baby quarter that was so tough and dry, I ate 2 of the flavorless eggs and threw the rest in the trash! When I walked in, I went to the bar. I stood young guy made eye contact with me, however never greeted me or acknowledged me. It took for one of the servers who came from out the kitchen to greet me and ask me if I had been helped. When I told her no, she immediately asked how she could help. I told her I made a to go order online and was here to pick it up. She said no problem and walked me over to a girl with locs and said to the girl, she's here for her to go order. The girl with the locs rudely said "I bet you its not ready" and never moved to help. So the helpful young lady went to the back and comes right back out with my food. It was actually ready. They boxed my eggs horrible in this big wide box, so by the time I got home, which was around the corner, all the eggs had rolled over in the large box and spilled everywhere. I was so disappointed. I will never go to another chicken n pickle ever!! $25 in this economy for trash food. I've posted pics of the chicken...you do the comparison. Stevie Wonder can see that's not at all a half chicken!”
