“We arrived around 6:30 PM on a lively Saturday and were seated within a reasonable 30 minutes. The energy here is fantastic—completely hopping with great live music and a fun crowd. The incredible aromas hit us the moment we sat down, and I couldn't wait to finally try the signature Espresso Martini I’d been eyeing since the night before (it absolutely lived up to the hype). For drinks, I opted for a flight to sample their brews: Baja Blast: Surprisingly light and refreshing with a sweet, fruity nose. Gringo Bell: An excellent, crisp Mexican Lager accented by hints of pineapple. Type Two Fun: A standout Bourbon Barrel Stout that was incredibly rich and delicious. As for the food, we shared a generous portion of cheese curds before digging into the fish and chips. The seasoned fries were executed perfectly—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. A special shoutout goes to the hush puppies, which offered a unique twist with a jalapeno kick inside and a sweet honey glaze on the outside. To top it all off, our server, Corey, was incredibly attentive and informative throughout the night. We had a fantastic experience and are already looking forward to our next visit!”

“Visit every time I'm in the area. I'm always so impressed with the hospitality, kindness, and exceptional service Texas provides as a whole and Armor is no exception. Friendly and attentive staff. The food is excellent and the menu has a little different flare than standard pub food, but also doesn't go off the deep end become over pretentious to fit the atmosphere and fine brews. The beers of course are great! During my fall visit I had a great black ipa, and my February visit I had the La Petite Mort which was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend a visit if you're in the area.”

“Great food and service. I was in a private room and they are very nice for small gatherings and events. The Armor Signature burger is delicious and fries were good too. Beer selection is very large. I talked to one of the brewers. Fantastic service!”

“I was very excited to try this place. I ordered the caprese chicken sandwich on door dash sans tomato and basil. It was still to arrive with the mozzarella, arugula and balsamic reduction sauce. I received a burned piece of chicken with melted cheese and nothing else. I don’t mind a little char usually but without the lettuce or the sauce, all I could taste was burned char. I may try again in restaurant but it’s a definite skip for ordering to go.”
