“If you like playing indoor pickleball in a super fun setting, this is the place for you! We had a 4-person group mixed with serious pickleballers and 1st-time players and everyone had the best time here! Definitely suggest making an online reservation for your court (currently $22/hour), paddles & balls are available to rent but we brought our own. Got to play an extra 20 minutes because the next group didn't show on time, thought was cool of them! Staff was super helpful and very kind. We had an absolute blast, didn't eat but definitely returning to enjoy more of the amenities like brunch and the rooftop bar!”
“Headed to Chicken N Pickle with my son's ODP team to watch the USA compete in the World Cup. Staff were very accommodating, even with the hustle & bustle of the day. We were able to find seating in the enclosed patio which was perfect for our crowd. Three big screen televisions, comfy couches and high tables with chairs. Servers were attentive to our party, making sure we had water and drinks in hand. The kids were able to enjoy the many amenities, keeping themselves occupied and happy. Ordering food is an easy enough process. If you have a card on file with the bar (spoiler alert-if you order drinks, you'll have a card on file), you simply add your food order to your card on file. The menu is what you'd expect to find at a place called Chicken N Pickle. We ordered Fried Pickles & Smoked Wings with jerk rub. I was not a fan of the fried pickles. Not sure if it was the batter or the fact that they were cold by the time they made it to the table. The wings were good size but that rub is super salty. Again, they may have been better had they been served hot. Another person in our party had the chicken sandwich. Feedback was positive but he mentioned the fries were cold. Atmosphere is 5/5. Food is mid. Drinks are great.”
“We went for Sunday lunch buffet. It was around 1pm and no lines. Everything was great, except that 2nd batch of Bacon was under cooked when I was there. I don't know why they put it out and didn't know they were under cooked. First batch was perfect though. They also ran out of mushrooms at the omelet bar. You have to give them your card before you sit, they will scan it and give it back to you, and you tell your server that you are ready to close out the tab at the end, like bars. For the omelet bar, you can only pick 5 items on paper, you grab a number stand, and write it on the paper. Once it's ready, they will bring it to your table. The chicken and waffle was my favorite, so was the cocktail shrimp. I think it was $26 per person. But it's a buffet and you get a lot of food. It's a one meal kind of day. Service was excellent. They picked up the used plates quickly.”
“I recently visited Chicken N Pickle for their brunch (served 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.), and I have mixed feelings about the experience. On the positive side, the quality of the food itself was genuinely impressive. Everything we tried was flavorful, fresh, and well prepared!! Definitely the highlight of the visit. Unfortunately, the brunch buffet area was a major letdown. It was noticeably unclean, with multiple spills left unattended, food labels knocked over, and an overall lack of upkeep. At one point, I even found hair in the butter, which was extremely off-putting. With the number of staff present, it was surprising and disappointing that the buffet wasn’t being maintained properly. I did capture video of the conditions to show the level of uncleanliness, as it really took away from what could have been a great brunch experience. Overall, while the food quality was excellent, the cleanliness and attention to the buffet area need serious improvement before I’d consider returning for brunch. I also want to highlight the pickleball side of the experience. The pickleball staff were extremely helpful, engaging, and made everything easy to understand. They let us know that courts can be reserved online in advance, which is definitely important since Saturdays and Sundays fill up quickly and reservations are required. Overall, it’s an awesome space for staying active, playing sports, and enjoying time with friends.”
“A group of us rented a court for two hours on a Saturday night. The checkin was easy and our experience with the staff (on the courts side) was pretty good. We migrated over to the restaurant after for dinner. That’s where it started to fall apart. They did seat us immediately at a large table (8 of us) but the service was mediocre. We had drinks forgotten by the staff and then they took our order in three increments. No idea why. Heres where it got very mediocre. Four of us got our food within 5-7 minutes of ordering. In a large restaurant when that happens it tells me it’s pre cooked and they slap it on the plate. We could tell. My tater tots were only warm. Granted they were still good. My burger was the same and the patty was not hot but just slightly warm and the cheese had clearly been sitting on it a little while when it came. My wife’s hot chicken had NO spicy sauce on it, in it or around it and was lukewarm (like sitting under a heat lamp). She had do ask for hot sauce and got to go hot sauce packets instead of a bottle of hot sauce. One couple didn’t get their food for 10 minutes. Then the last couple asked about their food 10 minutes later and the server said she forgot. So she took it and showed up 5 minutes later with mediocre looking nachos for one. Her husband asked about his quesadillas (yes the easiest thing to cook) 25 minutes later and once again they forgot to put the order in. The pickle ball was awesome but we won’t waste our time or money at the restaurant again.”
