Where robots serve, flavors rule, and good times reign. Modern kitchen redefining expectations by blending innovative service with elevated dining. Serving globally inspired, made from scratch plates and cocktails. Our journey began with a simple idea: to venture into uncharted territory, blending robotics with elevated dining to push the boundaries of what a dining experience can be. Our menu is crafted around a spirit of breaking boundaries since, in space, there are no bounds. Each dish and cocktail is an invitation to taste something unexpected—a fusion of cultures, spices, and styles that feels both familiar and surprising. Space Cowboy is where mezcal meets matcha, Portuguese spices mingle with Italian herbs, and every bite reminds you that adventure is just a taste away. While our playful robot servers glide by, delivering your food and drinks with a wink toward the future, Space Cowboy is deeply human at heart. Our team is a collection of dreamers and creators—chefs, bartenders, artists—who infuse their own stories and passions into every sip and bite. With love for cultures, and a heart for adventure we share a desire to bring a piece of the future to life.
“We had such a good time here!! The cocktails were the star of the show. The food was delicious (space balls, filet, duck ravioli, and sticky toffee pudding); it /could/ have been a little warmer but honestly it was delicious nonetheless. Our waitress Arissia was so nice and attentive. We’re looking forward to our next visit!”
“A modern restaurant with a space-themed concept that offers just the right balance of entertainment and relaxation. The high-quality, delicious food and modern takes on classic drinks are served by small robots on tracks. You might think that a robot concept like this would spoil the atmosphere, but no – they really enhance the whole experience and provide a subtle yet enjoyable experience. The staff attending to the robots are very attentive, and the overall atmosphere in the restaurant is very pleasant.”
“We went to Space Cowboy last night and I’m not exaggerating when I say it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. The food and drinks were so good that I literally forgot about the robots being part of the experience. Our server (blonde hair, I’m so sorry I forgot his name) was AMAZING. Super informative, helped us choose everything, and just made the whole night feel smooth and fun. Easily one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Space Cowboy really nailed the balance between experience and actual quality. It didn’t feel gimmicky at all, it just felt like really, really good food with a fun twist!”
“Space Cowboy was just okay overall. The space itself is fun and visually interesting, especially the robot-style cars delivering food, which adds a unique touch to the dining experience. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the presentation or the price. While the ingredients seemed to be good quality, most of the dishes we tried were lacking flavor and felt surprisingly bland. The menu also felt a bit disjointed, making it hard to understand the restaurant’s culinary direction. On the positive side, some of the cocktails were well made and enjoyable. However, given the prices, I expected much more from the food. It’s a cool place to visit for the atmosphere and novelty, but I wouldn’t return specifically for the food.”
“Came here for the robot food delivery thing and yeah… that part is actually pretty cool. Not gonna lie, it’s fun to watch and definitely the main reason to go. We ordered a specialty drink, sliders, octopus, starfish fries, duck ravioli, steak, and braised short ribs. The sliders carried. Easily the best thing we had. Fries were also solid, crispy and a good portion. Drink was actually really good too. Everything else was kinda mid. Duck ravioli was fine but not memorable. Steak was just… steak. Not bad, not great. The octopus though? Wildly disappointing. For $24.95 you get like 4 or 5 tiny pieces, basically one bite each. Felt like we were paying to keep the lights on more than for actual food. Service was rough. Our waiter had zero energy. Didn’t explain anything, didn’t give recommendations, just took the order on his little device and vanished. We waited forever trying to order dessert, and by the time he came back we were over it and just wanted to leave. Also there was this cotton candy thing going to other tables that wasn’t even on the menu. My 10-year-old saw it and immediately wanted one. Our server never said a word about it. Had to ask the hostess, who said it was “secret” and would tell our server… which pretty much sums up the whole experience. Overall this place feels like it exists for Instagram. People dressed up in western outfits filming the robot, which is cool, but the food and service don’t really match the prices. Fun one time for the vibe, but I wouldn’t go back.”
