“Five stars all the way! We had an amazing dinner at Fratelli’s in Middletown, and everything was excellent from start to finish. Our waitress, Kendra B., was absolutely fantastic. Her service was impeccable—friendly, attentive, professional, and honestly some of the best service we have had in years. She mentioned she is originally from New York, and she brought that perfect mix of personality, confidence, and hospitality to the table! The food was outstanding. The osso buco was to die for, the portions were huge, including the appetizers, and everything came out hot, fresh, and made to perfection. The desserts were also delicious, especially the limoncello cake. If you go to Fratelli’s, ask for Kendra B. She made a great dinner even better. Fantastic food, generous portions, and top-notch service. Highly recommend!”

“Uh oh! I have found another restaurant that my body will crave and want to come back again and again - the fluffy long, soft rolls and wonderful house salad served in a bowl, house made fresh pasta, and delicious cocktails. I really appreciated how far apart the tables are to allow for conversations you can hear and more space in the cold/flu season. I had a Chocolate Martini and my husband ordered a Lemondrop Martini (not on the menu) but was definitely good. The basket of the fluffy, soft, warm rolls were incredible and something I will come back for. I got the Mediterranean bruschetta special which came with feta, crabmeat, tomatoes, balsamic glaze and lots of other yummy things on four pieces of bruschetta. It was delicious. The shrimp scampi over the thin fresh noodles was a pleasure - really loved how big the shrimp were and the large helping of pasta. My husband got the lasagna which was good although they used some different cheeses which made it taste a little different but still good. Amanda our waitress was quick, pleasant, and took good care of us. Fratelli's is a Resy restaurant. Make reservations ahead of time, since on Saturdays even at 4:00 pm, all the reservations are already booked for the night. I have returned to Fratelli's for a work group lunch. Kendra was excellent, taking care of our large group with professionalism, efficiency, and a warm smile and manner. I got the !4" pizza which is a deep dish pizza - just perfect - not too buttery. I got sausage which had the long slices of sausage on it, not spicy. You can only eat one or two pieces out of the thick eight slices, the pizza is thick so expect to share or take it home for several more lunches.”

“Great food and great service! It was our first time here and we were celebrating my birthday and it did not disappoint! Crab was the star of our favorite dishes. The crab dip is delicious with very generous crab meat. The Chesapeake Chicken dish was the star of the night with the crab cake, it was sooooo good. Everyone loved their dish and portions were huge! We took home nice size helpings and had delicious leftovers the next day. We are definitely coming back!”

“WOW! incredible dinner. Started off with the Maryland crab soup appetizer. Vegetables in it were fresh tender, delicious, and crab was plentiful. Salad was fresh and delicious dressing was incredible too. Got the blackened chicken and shrimp. Red pesto pasta. Red pesto was delicious and so much sauce. Portion was huge too had to bring over half of my meal back home. Dessert was incredible. The piece of tiramisu that we got was huge and delicious too. Server was fantastic too. Her was paighton. Very attentive and very friendly. Overall awesome spot highly recommend you have to check out for some great authentic Italian food.”

“Had an excellent experience with my family. Kendra B. was an excellent server and the way she described the specials had me rethink my dinner choice. Very impressed with the portion size and value of each dish, felt like getting two meals in one. Started with a delicious blood orange crush, calamari and crab dip. I had the Filet Imperial, wife had the Chicken Piccata, kids had cheese pizza and Spaghetti and Meatballs. All very good, all came home as leftovers. They even have a fresh breadbasket along with a house salad. All very good and will be returning.”
