“Oh my goodness. Words cannot express how much I love Mambo. If you are in town it is a MUST DO. I forget my servers name but she was amazing. Two lovely woman named Celeste and Rachel helped me when I was in about a month ago and they were amazing. They were confident and you could tell they loved working there. The food, my god, I could die. I WOULD SELL MY SOUL for the caramelized carrot soup recipe. Their pizza and pasta is insane. You seriously cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. I sat outside with my dog and the entire experience was everything I wanted. As a college student spending my money in a wise way is so important, and going to mambo will be an experience you wont regret”

“I have wanted to try this restaurant since I moved here two years ago and now that I am moving out, I finally decided to treat myself and was not disappointed! They have a great menu, full of so many choices you are bound to find something. I picked the fettuccine con pollo with gorganzola cream sauce it was amazing! I did ask for basil instead of parsley and it was so good!! I also tried the Italian Bay Breeze cocktail that I highly recommend!! Their tiramisu was good, too, though I couldn't finish it. Their serving portions are large, I came home with leftovers for dinner tomorrow!! :)”

“Our son goes to Western Washington University and we love to take him here. My dad is from Chicago and very judgmental of pizza and he says that they have the best pizza in the state of Washington that he is tasted so far. So that is huge praise. They have excellent mixed drinks and a very friendly staff.”

“The portions were gigantic, friendly and fast service, even though we showed up with no reservation on a busy weekend. They accommodated us. The only reason I’m giving a 4 because I had to add so much salt and pepper to the pasta, it was missing flavor.”

“This was our second time here and the food was definitely good. However my only major issue is the cleanliness of the restaurant. The fact that we were seated in an area of the restaurant where we can’t directly see the kitchen but we know it’s open concept. We were really appalled at the fact that the ceiling right above where the kitchen is was covered in dust. Picture is attached for reference.”
