“I had a really disappointing situation where my order spilled due to a torn bag on my way to my car. I called the restaurant and they were incredibly kind and understanding about it. They didn’t hesitate to replace my order and made sure I left taken care of. The customer service was amazing from start to finish, and I really appreciate how they handled everything with care and professionalism. Especially, It’s was my first time at The Smoke Shop BBQ! And that was my first impression of them! And now they have me as a returning costumer for life. It turned a frustrating experience into a really positive one. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others. Oh also the food was amazing. I thought it was going to be okay, but I was extremely impressed.”

“night I went with my friend and we had the best time. The place is so beautiful, and from the moment we walked in everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. We loved seeing the inclusivity of the place — the hostess was pregnant and still working with such a lovely attitude, which we truly admired. Our waiter was super attentive the entire time, the food was delicious — literally the best steak I’ve ever had — and surprisingly affordable for the quality. The whole place has such an aesthetic vibe, everything was very clean, and even the bathrooms were spotless. Definitely a place I’d come back to 🤍”

“We came upon the Smoke shop bbqLate Sunday afternoon on a late spring/almost summer stroll. From the start, I thought the name was more apt for a dispensary. We were warmly greeted by the waitress and sat on a street-facing table next to the ample bar. Our party of 4 opted to share family-style the order of 2 bbq platters, each with 3 meat portions: brisket, ribs, chicken wings. The sides were cornbread, collard greens, pickles, side salad, beans, and curly fries. These 2 platters were enough for our group to share. Service was prompt and friendly. The brisket was fatty and juicy which with the added accompanying sauces (honey mustardy, sweet, and hot) rounded the needed condiments. The ribs were a mixture of lean and less-lean portions. The lean portion was dry and rough, not juicy. The less-lean portion was more balanced but still felt dry in texture. The wings were good but also seemed dried. Adding the sauces helped. We found the sides to be good compliments to the protein. Our overall experience was positive and would return again in the future.”
