“I was not really in the mood for sushi, but a friend insisted. We started with cocktails. Perfection! We ordered two rolls to share as a starter. The Diablo roll and Saro were a magical combination of spicy and subtle. We then enjoyed an order of duck boa buns. The duck was tender and succulent, not too fatty. I ended with the city noodles with shrimp. Even though I was already pretty full, I couldn’t stop with the noodles! Comfort in a bowl is the only way to explain it. The balance of all the flavors coupled with fresh cilantro and green onions….so good! Most importantly though was the whole vibe. We could actually hear each other talk and our waiter was so on point with the service. I came in feeling grumpy and I left feeling happy. Couldn’t ask for more!”

“Delicious dishes & pretty decor! My favorites were the Forbidden City Noodles and the Midnight Ceviche…extremely flavorful & fresh! Also, the Bluefin Tuna Royale was a big wonderful mouthful of beautiful cuts of tuna!”

“The food was wonderful! It was a busy night and the service was naturally a bit slow, but that’s fine and expected! Our waitress was wonderful, the owner came out to help bc they were so busy, which gave us a minute to chat with him. I cannot recommend this place more. Crispy tuna rice, bahn Mi tacos, and the queso fundito were all wonderful, as were the drinks. I will be back.”

“The Tamarind BBQ Ribs are delicious! Savory, a bit sweet from the 24 hour marinated honey and the tamarind dipping sauce adds a nice unique flavor to it. The Chili Garlic Lo Mein is not your normal lo mein flavor profile and well worth the price! Thier sushi is extremely fresh, flavorful and what we've been missing from most sushi places. I highly recommend you give this place a try. You won't be disappointed!”
