“Neat interior/exterior location. To start with our server was a gem (Kristen), explained the menu, gave good recommendations and made the whole experience perfect! The food was AMAZING! I’d go back in a heartbeat. Husband had the special gnocchi with a meatball, the absolute best gnocchi ever (wish I had ordered lol). I had the chicken parm - big enough for three people, very tasty, and the pasta under it was soooo good. We started with the risotto balls (could have eaten those until I got sick they were too good)!!! For dessert we shared the blueberry cobbler cheesecake, one of the best cheesecakes ever. Just can’t say enough about the whole experience. Definitely need reservations - we made them a week ahead and had to take a later time than we would have preferred. Will definitely go back next time we are in Charleston. Highly recommend ❤️”

“Some of the best Italian food I’ve had in a long time. The risotto balls were yummy. Probably the best gnocchi I’ve ever had. Everything was outstanding including the service. Kristen helped with menu suggestions and did a great job. Highly recommend and definitely will be going back when in the area to try other things.”

“We had a wonderful dinner at Wild Olive on Saturday night. The cozy, welcoming vibe—with warm lighting, rustic accents, and charming Italian-inspired decor—felt like stepping into a relaxed little trattoria. The only real letdown was the pacing: our three pasta dishes took about 45 minutes to arrive. One was phenomenal (bold, perfectly balanced flavors), one was very good, and the third was mediocre and way too salty. Our waitress was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and proactive. She immediately offered to remake the salty dish (we declined due to time). Her excellent service almost made up for the wait. Overall, the lovely atmosphere and service made it an enjoyable evening.”

“Our server Gracie was great! My main entree was a Grilled Grass-fed Rib Eye Steak with smashed, fried, and truffled Yukon gold potatoes. I asked for a medium well steak. A little done on edges with a hint of pink is medium well. The steak was thoroughly cooked, well done and dry so it was very disappointing. The ambiance was nice.”
