“Worth the hype! Viola was amazing! She made great recommendations for food and drinks, and even made us a custom cocktail that was amazing! A must visit for a Charlotte foodie experience! We had the kale caesar salad, white pizza, pepperoni pizza, and both deserts. They have a great selection of amaro which made the perfect pallet cleansor with desert. Can't wait to go back!”

“My wife and I went to their dining room this evening. We ordered the kale Caesar salad which was excellent. The white pizza with added Italian bacon, is absolutely delicious! One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The vibe was so great. Our server was so nice and full of energy. They played great music as well. We had already been to Bird before for Take out multiple times but their dine in service is top notch!”

Tatiana was our waitress and she was amazing. Super attentive, friendly, and every recommendation she made was a hit. If Tatiana suggests a menu item, trust her and order it. The food was outstanding. The Grandad pizza was *chef’s kiss*. And yes, the viral Caesar salad is absolutely worth it. The drinks were also on point and paired perfectly with the food. “This place is sooooo good that you can’t get into it for weeks at a time, unless you go to their carry out section. The dining experience is a must, and is booked out months in advance. It is a smaller place, but the quality of the pizza is out of this world, and is second to none. I’ve been to over a hundred different pizza places in my life, and this is definitely up there. Their salad is also amazing! If you hate salad, you still have to try this one. Trust me!”

“Amazing experience. Been wanting to try this place and finally got a reservation. The server / service was incredible and so was the ambience. We had to order the much hyped salad , wasn’t wow like it looks :) lacks flavor and crunch we were not impressed by any of the cocktails( too much ice and sweetness ) but the pizza did it ! It literally was one of the best I had in Charlotte in a very long time , great crunch great toppings and just perfectly done! Thanks Bird and hope to see you soon with more friends”
