“This place delivers an exceptional dining experience from the moment you walk in. I’ve been to many restaurants, and the level of service here truly stands out. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making sure every part of our visit was enjoyable. The team at the bar was especially friendly and did a fantastic job throughout the evening. The food was just as impressive as the service. The barbecue was surprisingly good, packed with flavor, and served in generous portions that left us completely satisfied. Combined with the cool atmosphere and outstanding hospitality, this is a must-try spot for anyone looking for great food and an unforgettable dining experience.”
“What a great experience. The food was excellent, with plenty of menu options to choose from, making it easy for everyone to find something they would enjoy. The beer selection was impressive, and the signature cocktails were just as good, giving us plenty of great choices for drinks. The atmosphere was one of the highlights. There were lots of TVs throughout the space, making it a great spot to catch a game, but despite the large room, the noise level stayed surprisingly low. We were able to enjoy a conversation comfortably without having to raise our voices. Our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with recommendations, which made the experience even better. Between the great food, drinks, service, and atmosphere, we had a fantastic time and would gladly return.”
“I was a little disappointed with this place. We had been here many years ago but it did not live up to our expectations. Service was good, but the food was average at best. Nothing tasted fresh and all of our food was certainly lacking flavor. The ice cream weirdly hit home though.”
“Before I start, I need to mention that from 2016 to 2020, this was a regular lunch spot for me, I was half a block away, and I loved coming here. With that said, I was excited to bring my family here. Do not order a mixed drink, especially if it is clear booze. Beer is safe if it is in a bottle. I ordered a Bacardi Silver and Coke. My wife and sister-in-law ordered a Bombay gin and tonic, and my son ordered Tito's vodka and Seven-Up. None of us could taste any alcohol in our drinks, and everything was flat, no fizz whatsoever. I complained and asked them to take off the bill and just bring us iced tea. The bartender brought me a tall glass filled with ice and a clear liquid, saying it was all rum. He opened a can of Coke and poured it in. Once again, no rum flavor at all. Probably because the staff is stealing the booze and refilling it with water. The food was not bad; I had the Beef tenderloin Pappardelle with spinach and mushrooms. My wife had the California chicken club. She said the flavor was good, but VERY dry. Mixed feelings from everyone else. Really disappointed, and the manager, who said they were taking the drinks off, charged us anyway, for drinks that only had one or two sips out of and then taken away. The table and the menus were sticky to the point that after ordering, we went one by one to wash our hands. Sell the place and let a real restaurant group revamp it.”
“Stopped here before a show. Service was okay but never asked how we wanted our orders done (medium, well done, etc.). All the menus were sticky, seats have seen better days. I ordered the brisket burger. Everything on the brisket burger was well done (including the brisket, making it very chewy/rubbery). The black Angus that was ordered was way too pink. Smashburger, the one order that youd think would be well done, was cold and rare in the center, missing onions... the chicken buffalo wrap, hard to tell if it was even chicken to be honest, or its the poorest excuse for chicken ive ever seen. As much as I hate to complain or give bad reviews... it was just consistently one "crapshoot" after another. The fries and tots were all good... maybe the cooks should stick to the deep fryer... definitely not worth the $105 for a family of 4. Dont walk, RUN!”
