“Shout out Emily G, great server. The food was amazing. We got the short rib empanada's (not pictured sorry, they were beautiful), fish & chips, a small og pizza, and espresso martinis. I come to the Daisy often and am never disappointed!”
“We had the pleasure of having my daughter’s baby shower at The Daisy Tavern. We dealt with Melissa who was a pleasure. She went above and beyond to make this day special for all of us. The food , atmosphere and service was exceptional. Highly recommend!”
“We love the Daisy Tavern, and decided to host our Co-Ed Baby Shower there, as we wanted it to be Pizza themed! The whole staff was amazing from start to finish. From Melissa, the event coordinator emailing and meeting with me before hand to see the space, to Andrew and Rochelle, our staff the day of helping with setup, placement, having food out on time, and of course making drinks! Everything turned out exactly as we imagined it, and we couldn't be happier! If you're looking to host an event of 50 people or less, check out their private event room, and get the Daisy Nuggets! :) They also have ample, free parking on the weekends, which was great for my out of town guests that they did not have to worry about street parking, or paying at a garage. THANK YOU DAISY TAVERN!”
“If I could give 4.5 stars I would, because the food was amazing. Their Detroit style pizza was so soft and doughy with crispy edges and cheese underneath. Their Detroit style sauce was delicious and I thought about that pizza for days after. The salads we ordered were also out of this world, we got the one with figs in it and dandelion greens. It had a brown butter dressing and it was just a great experience. We ordered the dip trio for an appetizer and my boyfriend ordered mussels as well. My reason for the 4 stars was the service was not very good, they were busy so I understand that but the server was not very attentive and they took our food from the table before we were finished. There was a girl being trained so I understand but it did take away from the experience as well as the fact that it was very very loud with a lot of talking from all the tables. But I would go again for the food.”
“I’ve been to Daisy Tavern twice now and I’ve left both times with mixed opinions - some great things and others mediocre. We came for brunch recently and shared the pastry basket. The olive oil cake was insanely good. The donut was decent but the cinnamon roll wasn’t my fav - the icing was heavy on the cream cheese flavor so it was too sour for me. We then got the avocado toast and potatoes. The bread itself was nice and hefty, but as you can see there was barely any avocado on top. It felt like a LOT of bread. The potatoes were very crispy which we enjoyed. We got the cereal shots (not pictured) and that was a fun and creative brunch drink. The iced vanilla latte was okay, nothing spectacular. Service was awesome and the ambiance was nice.”
