“The location is close to the beach. The hotel is in good shape. The rooms have bare minimum. It would be great if they added a mini fridge, a microwave and a tea/coffee maker in the room. Front desk was friendly.”

“We had a 6:30 dinner reservation. We arrived at 6:10, thinking we’d have a cocktail first, and were told we couldn’t enter (even the bar) because they were clearing out a day party. This was the 21 crowd. We waited several minutes and I saw other reservations arriving and lining up. The crowd was very slowly dispersing. I snagged a reservation elsewhere online and we ubered out of there. I guess they make more money off the party scene than the dinner crowd. The host was rude.”

“For the first time being there, it’s a very nice place But I definitely will not come back except for my yoga retreat, which is this weekend. I find out that it was too catered to younger crowds. I am in my late 50s and the music was extremely loud for me! You guys only worried about making money but not worried about the people that are staying in the hotel! Which is one of the reasons why I did not go to Gurnee‘s this weekend. There was also no service on Sunday due to the weather, which is understandable but what about the people that we were staying in the hotel. Also, I sent a text and said I was leaving at 7 AM in the morning Monday and I was told someone will be there at 7 AM. Nobody was there at 7 AM and I also got locked out by the security guard as I was bringing my stuff to my car! I had left the key on the desk and left at 7:30. Then I got a text asking that I didn’t check out and that was 1 o’clock. I understand that you want to make money and you do whatever you can to do so! But your guests are more important because they’re the ones that come back all the time. Thank you”
