Our signature slow dough is crafted in the Neapolitan tradition then fermented and proofed for two days. We use stone ground flour and San Marzano tomatoes that are grown exclusively for Pizzana in the Naples countryside. Our mozzarella, or "fior di latte" is shipped fresh from Italy. Gluten free and vegan options are available. We offer take-out and delivery! Orders can be placed via https://pizzana.com/order. For larger catering orders, email catering@pizzana.com.
“I like that this place has a laid back atmosphere, not too fancy, but still a good vibe for a casual date night. I don’t remember which pizzas we got but we ordered two types and both were flavorful and the crust was perfect. We also had a chocolate dessert that we didn’t expect to be as great as it was. Would definitely return and recommend to others if you are a pizza fan.”
“Nice place for good quality clean pizza, salads and drinks. Prices are ok and if you join their membership for free you get a free Pizza once a month. Service was excellent also. Very friendly and attentive. The wine was decent too.”
“Stopped into Pizzana on W Gray around 3-ish for a table for one, and the experience was top-tier from start to finish. First off, management deserves real praise. The manager on duty was an absolute blessing—present, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure guests are taken care of. That kind of leadership shows in the overall vibe of the place. Customer service across the board was warm, attentive, and never overbearing. I felt comfortable right away, which isn’t always easy when dining solo. A quick pro tip: sign up for the Cacio Club. It’s honestly a gold mine if you enjoy coming back. You get your favorite pizza free once a month when your tab hits $25+, plus $5 drinks like margaritas and Aperol spritzes. That alone makes repeat visits a no-brainer. The manager even walked me through it and somehow still managed to sell me a shirt—no regrets there. Now, the food. I started with the burrata, and let’s just say the plate didn’t stand a chance. Clean, satisfying, and a perfect way to kick things off. Washed that down with Aqua Panna, keeping things classic. For the main event, I went with the Funghi pizza, which delivered big on flavor and balance—rich but not heavy, and clearly made with care. I paired that with the pappardelle alla bolognese, and that combo was elite. Comforting, filling, and exactly what you want from an Italian spot that knows what it’s doing. Overall, Pizzana on W Gray nails the full experience: great management, strong customer service, smart loyalty perks, and consistently solid food. Whether you’re dining solo or bringing people with you, this place is absolutely worth your time—and your appetite. Highly recommend. 🍕 Ps owner is a serial entrepreneur and is passionate about her projects.”
“Full disclose, this was a delivery order, and while I'm sure the Pizzana restaurant is delightful, and the staff wonderful, I can only speak to the quality of food. Their website was easy to navigate, and the food pictures were enticing. I've driven by their location and it is inviting. The online menu u has many options from pizzas, to salads, to anti-pasta and dessert options. As a self proclaimed pizza connoisseur, I had to try one of their pies. I usually wouldn't comment on the pizza box, but it was actually attractive, with a sticker to ensure the pizza made it to its destination untampered with. There was also nice postcard looking notification on the box explaining their reward system. The pizza itself was incredible. I am a huge fan of Napoletana, wood fired, and brick over pizzas. The pizza looked incredible. The dough and crust was airy and flavorful. The toppings were plentiful and delicious. I wish, for the price, the pizza was bigger. I definitely would have ordered another pizza had I known. Some tips: If you are hungry or serving multiple people I would suggest ordering a few pizzas. You can add Berkshire Fennel Sausage to your pizza. I did, and it was delicious. Sign up for their rewards and receive a free live of cake on your birthday plus other benefits. If you like baking your pizzas from home and have a setup to do so and can actually purchase the components like their dough, sauce, etc. I will definitely try their pizza again. Next time I hope to go to their brick and mortar location. Cheers!!”
“Eaten here twice now: first was in person and second was to-go. First experience was solidly mid. Server was nice and attentive and overall enjoyed the location. Both times we’ve ordered different food. Pizza is average. Honestly, it tastes better heated up in a toaster oven the second day than it does fresh. Tried cheese, marg, pepperoni, and a meat pizza. Pasta was good but not special. Focaccia leaned more into being just a loaf of round bread (and was unsliced). Meatball appetizer was good and probably my favorite item! Overall, the food is fine. Overpriced and undersized for the price.”
