“First thing's first: if you enjoy ordering fried cheese curds at other restaurants, do not order them here, they will forever ruin them for everywhere else! Seriously! Their cheese curds are absolutely knock-out-of-the-park delicious. The Post burger is beyond amazing, the burrito is phenomenal, and the bloody Marys are fantastic! The decor is a fun throwback to when it used to be an actual post office. The wait staff are friendly and attentive. The food can sometimes be a little slow to come out, but absolutely worth the little extra time. Go there for any meal of the day, you will not be disappointed!”

“This just might have been the best darn pork chop I've ever had in a restaurant. It was cooked perfectly, and the mix of seasonings were tasty. If you're a pork chop fan, you definitely need to give the Post's a try. The risotto was very good as well. Service was top notch and the old fashioned was top shelf as well. Post - American is another in a line of superb eating establishments in Hudson. If you're a foody looking for great options, Hudson is a must stop place if you're in the area.”

“The food was great! Great portions and very flavorful. The staff were moderately friendly. The food took a while to come out given the lack of people in the restaurant when we were there. If you utilize the happy hour menu, this place is great and cheaper!”

“Get this, I placed an order for pickup for 5:40-5:50PM. One flat bread, an order of fries, and a dessert. At 5:13 I got a confirmation text saying my order was confirmed, and would be ready at 5:50-5:55PM. Shortly after at 5:22PM, I received a text saying my order was ready! I was hoping this wouldn’t be the case, but when I arrived at 5:50, they first told me the flat bread I ordered is no longer on the menu. Okay I guess. However the fries were clearly made 30+ minutes before my pickup time. They were cold, the tiramisu was melted and room temp- and honestly after hoping to enjoy a nice dinner with my partner- this upset me a ton. I called, and I asked for a full refund (Keep in mind the order was over $42 between the three items). They told me they’d refund it (this was on Saturday), and they said I should see the refund by tomorrow (Sunday). Well it is now Monday, and not only was grabbing food here an awful experience, but they not only did not refund me at all- but they actually charged me for the flat bread too- which I never got. Absolutely terrible experience , I’m disappointed, and the staffs effort has been very lackluster. UPDATE: It is halfway through June, and they finally called me. First, they wanted to explain that to get a refund, I would've had to go through doordash, which I had already tried after placing the order, it just instructs you to call their number, which I did- and they had told me I'd get a refund at that time. Well, they told me doordash will no longer refund me because over two weeks has passed since the transaction- so they offered a gift card instead. I obviously did not want the giftcard. Not only did they communicate in such a lackluster way that my refund is no longer possible- but why would I want to dine here again after this customer service, and experience. Couldn't be more disappointed. I feel scammed out of my money.”
