“_____________ Summary ______________ The Blue Collar restaurant is a good one, but not the best, in my opinion. In short, some of their foods are really good, some are mediocre, and some are not good. There is plenty of parking. After you enter the front doors, you turn left, then right, and then walk down the hall to the actual restaurant. ______________ What I Ordered: ______________ 1.) Fried Cheese Curds - The best cheese curds that I have eaten, so far; they are good hot or cold 2.) Philly Eggrolls - They are good; nice and crunchy outside; only a couple of fatty unchewable steak pieces inside 3.) Apricot Bacon Pizza - Very delicious; I had the pineapple removed though - Delicious hot & cold 4.) Fish ‘N Chips - Good, but eat them on the first day you get it; they lose flavor after you reheat them - The fries are good, but not the best _______________ In past visits, I have also had: _______________ 1.) Top Sirloin Steak (Well Done) - It was unappetizing; I threw it away - Definitely do not recommend, especially considering how much it costs 2.) Todd Burger (Well done) - Their burgers, overall, are good, but not the best 3.) Southern Mack ‘N Cheese - Tastes good, but not the best - A bit pricey for how much you get 4.) Philly Cheesesteak - Tastes good, but not the best - Some fatty unchewable steak pieces inside”

“I don’t usually leave reviews but I really want to shout out Blue Collar’s excellent service and their flexibility with large groups. We’ve been multiple times and the service is always so good. Food is excellent as well as their cocktails. I’d also like to specifically shout out our server Maddy, she was excellent and made the hassle of a large group so pleasant. We appreciate it greatly! Even though its further out of downtown lancaster, its worth the drive. Thank you!”

“Came here for drinks, apps and dinner. Got a spritz and a chardonnay. The drinks were amazing and we got them very quickly even when it was busy. Ordered nachos as an appetizer which were incredible and I really liked the burger I got. Blue Collar has an excellent bar and dining area, and some pretty amazing specials. Definitely a great place for dinner and drinks in Lancaster. Service is amazing and quick.”

“Blue Collar never misses. Amazing food, great drinks, and a fun, comfortable atmosphere every time. The service is top notch and the menu has something for everyone. Easily one of my go to spots. HAVE to try the buzz Aldrin cocktail and one of their smoked cocktails! They have great low Calorie food & beverage options as well.”

“Great modern restaurant with a laid-back, hip, pub vibe. Highlights were the friendly staff and the solid selection of drinks, featuring a huge variety of beer, wine, cocktails, and more. The egg rolls were amazing (definitely add the cheese whiz as the spicy ketchup was just okay) and the entrees were also good overall; the pizza was tasty, though the toppings slid off quickly and made for a messy eating experience. Still, everything hit the spot, and paired with the atmosphere and service, it made for a great night out.”
