“This place was so good we had to go twice! We were in town for the week and looking for some great vegan options for myself. I love pizza so I was surprised to find a pizza place that had vegan options! And they didn’t disappoint! The first time I tried the vegan meat lovers and absolutely loved it! I was able to customize it a bit and add onions and mushrooms. Got the Brussels and they were good too. Jennifer was our server that day and she was AMAZING! However we went back again and this time and I tried the vegan tartufo and it is hands down my favorite menu item (coupled with the vegan focaccia bread)!! I seriously couldn’t recommend this pizza and this restaurant enough! I can’t remember our server’s name the second time we went but she was really great too! So if you’re in the area and looking for something both vegans and non vegans can enjoy, and you like pizza, most def give this place a try!!”
“I had a great experience at Boema on a Friday night! The staff were super friendly and very attentive. I didn’t have to wait long for my food to arrive and everything was delicious! The pizza crust was very light and both the red and white pizzas had the perfect amount of sauce and toppings. The pizzas are all 12” and 6 slices so I would suggest ordering around one pizza per member of your party depending on how hungry you are. Boema also boasts a large selection of salads and some excellent garlic bread!”
“Had lunch here after watching a rehearsal at Tanglewood. Nice outdoor setting at the back. Pizza crust was baked perfectly. My wife ordered gluten free crust and it was surprisingly crispy but not hard. The toppings were ok.”
“The overall vibe was nice and relaxed, and we really enjoyed sitting outdoors—it was cool and comfortable. The food took a bit longer than expected, especially the pizza. The pesto sauce was a little too salty for my taste, but the broccoli had a rich, buttery flavor that I really enjoyed. A cozy spot, though I hope the kitchen timing improves a bit.”
“Boema came highly recommended. Nowhere does it tell you what size their pizzas are, but One would assume at their price point it would be a 16 inch pizza. It was not it was 12 inches. Where it should’ve been full of flavor, it was not. Though it did look delicious It was completely lacking of flavor. I added woodfired chicken to the dish. Fortunately, I actually could taste that. I also asked for some basil pesto on the side because I don’t generally like a lot of it but just a little taste. I’m glad they gave me a decent size container because I used every bit of it. There was again absolutely no flavor to this vegetariana pizza. I’m absolutely shocked. I spent nearly $30 on a 12 inch pizza. That was honestly terrible. The crust was chewy. Maybe that’s the way they make the crust and I’ll excuse that because it was decent, but the toppings that were on the pizza all lacked flavor. Horribly disappointing. I live in Pennsylvania in Bucks County and I guess I’m spoiled rotten with amazing pizzas around every corner. As a visitor to Massachusetts, I was extra disappointed. When I walked in, the girls were all very nice and they got me the pizza very quickly. So at least they have that going for them. Also, I was picking up so I could park in front of the building but other than that, I don’t know where you would park.”
