“Already had lunch here multiple times, buffet style, the food is amazing, price is accessible, view and atmosphere is super cosy and refreshing - in a big city. Really love this as a small escapade.”

“A great restaurant a few minutes walk from our campsite. We went for Sunday lunch and it was the best buffet we've ever had. Plenty of choice and quick replacement of dishes as they ran out. Lots of rugby memorabilia on the walls. Pedro and his team (Fermino & Anna) made lunch a memorable experience. Obrigado.”

“Food is delicious and abundant. Staff were kind, humorous and helpful. The mais dining area was well lit, but the areas around the main dining area were so dark, candle lights were barely making a difference. Pitty because food is meant to be appreciated with all senses, not just through taste.”

“Iconic restaurant with history in the rugby community (and not only). A pleasant place for a meal, with a view to the fields and inserted in a woodland in the center of Lisbon... Imagine if that is possible in a major capital city... Ahh and the meal vs prices are fair. The menu could had more variety. Like it. A lot.”

“Nice restaurant, nice environment inside Parque Florestral de Monsanto. Menu appears to be traditional Portuguese and comida caseira. Has a backyard and a varanda for outside eating. Varanda overlooks the local rugby football pitch! Menu is selfservice including refills. Food is tasty if unsurprising. What I really liked was a wide choice of cooked vegetables (not common in Portugal). If you don't know the area, take careful directions before you leave: inside the Monsanto forest can be confusing and the signage doesn't help!”
