Everson Royce Bar comes from Randy Clement of Silverlake Wine and Matt Molina, the James Beard award-winning chef who previously ran the kitchen at Osteria Mozza. The glass list is strong, as is the selection of spirits and original cocktails. And Molina's menu of typical bar food is—in the words of LA Weeky's Besha Rodell—"perfectly executed," from the Mojo Pork Sandwich and Mexican taquitos, to the killer burger. Add a spacious back patio, illuminated by string lights and outfitted with picnic tables and shades, and you realize that "this is, in fact, the bar you always wanted to go to."
“Great vibes and ambiance to bring a date or friends/family. Our cousins even had their pre-wedding party here and it was a blast. I highly recommend stopping by for a drink or a bite to eat. Drinks are yummy!”
“The burger and fries were solid, nothing over the top, but definitely a good value during happy hour. The chipotle dipping sauce for the fries was a standout—smoky, flavorful, and addictive. I also tried the SoundCloud Celebrity cocktail from the happy hour menu, and it did not disappoint—refreshing and well-balanced. Overall, a relaxed spot with tasty bites and creative drinks, perfect for a casual hangout or a quick happy hour stop. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for good food and drinks without breaking the bank.”
“Those biscuits alone are worth the visit—absolutely unforgettable and a must-order. I tried the pork sandwich, which packed serious heat, perfect for spice lovers. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the chicken wings were just as satisfying. On Sundays, a DJ sets the vibe and makes the experience even more fun and lively. Everything came together for a great meal with a cool atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning to work my way through more of the menu.”
“A nice chill place on an early Sunday afternoon Warmly greeted & friendly service Burger & fries are DELICIOUS! You can taste the quality of beef, the bun was perfectly toasted. The fries even though light in color were tasty & totally worth ordering again. The Bourbon Baird (aka Old Fashioned) was strong & goes down so nice ordering another is a must. The Quick Fix Cocktail was super refreshing Restroom was clean which is always one of the top 3 things I'm looking for. Parking was $10 in a nice big parking lot versus parking on the street.”
“Came and met friends here the other day for happy hour. The hosts and the bartenders are very welcoming and so is the staff. Everyone is very helpful and pleasant. Especially when we come in with someone in a wheelchair and they have to set tables up. We were very appreciative. The food was bar food. A little disappointed on taste of the drinks and the food but we enjoyed the atmosphere and music and the personality of our server. We would definitely give it a second chance.”
