“Right in the middle of Brickell, you couldn't have asked for a better place to stay if you want to be in this area. The moment you get down, it's absolutely happening down there. Five stars for the location. This is closer to the metro mover, so you have easy accessibility to other parts and downtown as well. The hotel itself is a fabulous take on being a fun hotel, very quirky, very functional. I loved the way they have automated the check-in and check-out process. The rooms are fully automated and controlled by an iPad, which was absolutely fabulous. Only development which I could have asked for was a hot water kettle in the room or something to take care of the coffee or tea. They have two nice bars on the second floor and the 20th floor, and they also serve breakfast at a cost. Overall, I really loved being here in Miami at CitizenM.”

“Rooms are very interesting & clean. Bar in the lobby, breakfast and coffee in the morning. Very nice sitting area. Nice roof top bar. Great location if Cruising or going to a basketball game. There is other restaurants with in walking distance but we only went next door since it was late. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when in town.”

“This hotel was a nice surprise for a business overnight stay. Nice and clean room reminded me of a cruise ship. Had a comfortable seat to work. Very colorful and vibrant place. Location is prime. I’d would like the convenience of valet parking (not carrying my luggage to-from public parking). I decided to come back the very same week!”

“A fine option so long as you know what you are getting. Rooms are compact, but for the price and location its a good deal. Check in is via a kiosk system. Housekeeping is selected on the in room iPad controls. Bathroom is adequate, but be aware the set up reminds me of a cruise ship. Overall, not a bad choice if you need to be in Brickell on a budget. As a business traveler, I believe next time I'll choose a different hotel.”
