“Went last night with my wife for a late night bite. ChatGPT made a suggestion and we went with it. We arrived at 9:45p on a Thursday night. The place was half full which was nice. We also happened to find prime parking right across the street. We weren't too hungry so we shared an order of 10 nigiri and a bowl of Wagyu Ramen. This is the most sensational food I have had in a while. Simple and delicious. Each nigiri was better than the one before and the Wagyu melted on the tongue. The service was friendly, helpful and generally impeccable. We are so happy with the experience and will definitely come back. After we left, a staff member ran after me to my car, because I forgot my hat. Truly exceptional!”

“Had the toro uni ikari sushi with a side of the honey miso glazed cod cheeks. The sushi was crafted by the left handed master chef and was one of the best dinners I've ever had. Smooth and balanced with just the right amount of rice and fish to go with the pops of big and little roes. The cod cheeks were perfectly prepared and delicious! Location is very close to Atwater station where I was catching the airport bus. I would definitely return for another crack at their menu.”

“Incredible!! We had such a delicious dinner, great service and ambiance. Our waiter recommended a delicious wine that paired perfectly with the meal. We had the daikon and burratina as an appetizer, and the truffle Parmesan mazemen as a main. For dessert we tried the yuzu cheesecake and it was delicious. Can’t wait to go back!”

The food was exceptional the ramen with duck leg and truffle oil was rich and flavorful, while the cod cheek skewers were buttery and perfectly prepared. The sashimi was fresh and delicate, and we paired it all with a great bottle of Japanese natural wine, Anfora Rossa 2021, which was just perfect. A refined and memorable experience highly recommend.”

“Overall, bar OTTO was quaint, quiet and the service was lovely. The little details were present & the dishes were very well presented! My biggest regret is that I found both dishes I took to be quite salt heavy, which kind of overpowered the taste unfortunately. However, the quality of the ingredients is great! 😊”
