“In life, there are two kinds of people: those who cook like they love food and those who cook like they do not like food. Knox cooks like they love food (food that was a joy to put in a mouth, indeed). And yeah, another thing that, alas, our distracted mind or palate tend to sometimes overlook when that happens: mastered seasoning, very precise / judicious all along this meal (something not to take for granted, as even ambitious tables, they do not always get it this right). I do not know Knox, my first time here. I just discovered Knox by accident while looking for something else that they were known for (they do not have it anymore on their menu, actually), but I cannot complain as it was a nice discovery for me. Subjectively a coup de coeur, and objectively one of our most creative and best tables. Chefs with a great palate.  Excellent service, too!”

“The most amazing spot for innovative dishes and drinks! You can tell that Knox is a special neighbood gem and for good reason: The camaraderie among the employees distinctly translates into the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that adds to Knox’s charm. I have visited a few times and I can assure you that you cannot go wrong with anything on their menu. The rotating cocktails and desserts make for tasty complements to the flavors found in the appetizers and main dishes. I highly recommend this spot for any occasion: If you are looking for a laid back 5 à 7 or a special celebration spot, I know you cannot go wrong with Knox. The restaurant itsef is conveniently located in a nice district of cafés, boutiques, and other restaurants just a few minutes from a bus stop or the metro.”

“Excellent place to unwind, have a cocktail, and taste a unique menu. The atmosphere is quaint, with garage doors opening up to reveal big windows, giving an inside outside feel. Server was attentive, polite and welcoming throughout. Food, scrumptious. No concerns across all 3 meals. The Brussel sprouts are a must. The steak beautifully seasoned. The olive cake divine if you like dense. Will return certainly.”

“Most perfect birthday dinner at Knox. The Service and ambience was beyond perfect. Every single item on their menu is delicious! My favs were the beef tartare, Brussels sprouts, eggplant parm, oyster tacos and their flank steak!!! Highly recommend 1000/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Knox was a cozy and rustic chic vibe. The brussel sprouts were the highlight, the tater tots were alright. For the main we shared the steak frites and the beet salad, both were very good. Ben was super friendly, professional and tended to our dining needs. The Heineken was cold and the old fashion was perfect. Ideal spot for a nice casual warm dinner with great company, or a quick cocktail.”
