“Amazing! In a plaza but so cozy and intimate! The food was so good. My husband and I ate outside and were so comfortable. Excellent service! The cornbread oysters were so tasty! Perfect! The fish and chips were plentiful and more than enough. My husband has the shrimp and grits. Yummy! The wine was delicious and the atmosphere was awesome! Would definitely recommend. Will be back when in town again.”

“We were really disappointed with our experience. Unfortunately, the food was one of the biggest letdowns. Several dishes were extremely salty, to the point where we couldn’t even eat them. The braised chicken was especially disappointing—it had the texture and appearance of processed “mystery meat” rather than fresh braised chicken. The service didn’t help the experience. Our waitress seemed rushed from the moment we sat down, spending only about 30 seconds to a minute at our table each time. When we asked what she recommended on the menu, her response was simply, “Everything is good,” which wasn’t helpful. She also told us a particular bourbon wasn’t available, even though we could clearly see the bottle sitting behind the bar. After bringing this to her attention she never apologized for her oversight. The restaurant itself could use some much needed attention. The ambiance feels dated and worn, and the overall atmosphere lacks the warmth and polish you’d expect for a relaxing dining experience. We were really disappointed with our experience and have no desire to return.”
