“Wow… Don’t have words. Simply don’t have words. Tyler (?) stud bartender - thanks for being such a sweet boy. Amazing recs, don’t skip on the meatballs and polenta… heard he learned it from another bartender named Tommy B?, also a legend. Bar vibes were great, staff energy was electric and I’m not coming back to Nantucket without seeing Ty, his menu recs and that old funny guy that’s brothers with Tommy! Ventuno is awesome!!”

“Went to Ventuno for Christmas Stroll and had a lovely dinner. The food and team were very nice. Just the bar was a bit loud for the dining room. The lasagna was very rich and cooked to perfection. A return spot for sure.”

“Absolutely unreal meal here. Definitely better than 4 star rating here. A legit 5 star, and not a touristy 5 star either. Go here. Meatballs nice and soft with plenty of meat in a large serving. Fried Squash blossoms perfect. Tuna entrees & app, lamb, and halibut (maybe best I’ve ever had, see closeup in my pic) had each person ravjng. Bruschetta good, but I’d probably skip next time. Zucchini fries a definite skip. Duck very good, but with the amazing competition in the above entrees I mentioned, I would get one of the above entrees and you will not be disappointed. Service & pacing excellent despite full restaurant & bar. . Very loud, a little cramped, but it was Nantucket on a Friday night.”

“It was OK. Let's start the positive first - great service. One of the best services on the island. The place is ok, nothing special. Drinks was ok,again nothing special. Great wine list. Appetizers were great , probably the best thing that we tried. I will recommend the meatballs- they were definitely delicious. The last time when I was here was 8 years ago. I was dreaming about the steak ... unfortunately, it wasn't as i remember it. Steak tasted good, but the side was terrible. We tried a bunch of different dishes overall, which was ok. When was our time to order desserts, They were out of everything except donuts... such a disappointment. Would i visit again this year ... maybe no ... but i will definitely try again next one .”

“This is a place for drinks, not food. Every drink I ordered was delicious and interesting in a good way. The food is ... Well take a look at the soup that they call pasta and they added truffles to and charged $34 for. The food is acceptable at best (the burrata and fried olives with sausage) and disappointing overall. The pasta is just so poorly done and so salty. It tastes like it was frozen and from a bucket and just reheated in the microwave.”
