Chez Nick is a neighborhood restaurant located on the Upper East Side that will be serving seasonal New American cuisine. Chez Nick is the first venture for three chefs with backgrounds in some of New York City’s best restaurants, such as Batard, Marc Forgione, Ai Fiori, and Momofuku. The teams' goal is to bring Michelin starred techniques and service to neighborhood-friendly dining where guest satisfaction comes first. We hope to become your favorite new favorite destination in the Yorkville neighborhood.
“Great vibes. Excellent treatment from the wait staff. After we were seated outside, we chose to move indoors, sat by the bar. Came for brunch. Everyone loved what they ordered. This establishment has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating as well as bar counter seating.”
“I’ve walked by this place on many occasions wanting to give it a try. And I finally stopped in and had a fantastic dinner seated at the bar. Wonderful friendly staff. Great vibe. Nice to see space between tables in the dining area. And their food, cocktails and dessert were fabulous. Went for their popular smash burger with fries which were perfect. You do need to eat the burger with caution as it is quite juicy…but so worth the effort. And their peach cobbler was heavenly. I’ll be back.”
“Went here for dinner and every single dish I tried was amazing. Then I came back the next day for brunch. The pancake is phenomenal and prob one of the best ones I’ve had. The breakfast burrito was okay. Loved being about to sit outside in the sun and they have a lot of outside table space.”
“This is a revered neighborhood spot. Great for low stakes dates or dinner with parents. Friday night 7/8pm it was packed, not a table to be had! We ordered from the restaurant week menu, portions were plentiful and the food was good! There was a slight smell of Clorox/disinfectant which affected the food experience, but overall still very enjoyable.”
“Came here for brunch on marathon day and we were able to get outdoor seating pretty fast. Burger was very good, as were the fries. Personally wasn’t a fan of the pancakes - they felt too thick and cakey for my liking. Service was decent tho.”
